I followed the instructions but the extender did not lengthen WiFi signal. Made WiFi extremely slow that it was impossible to use. Once I tried to go back to my regular router I was unable to login with my password. After multiple resets, reboots etc I called customer service who told me to do the same thing I already did then proceeded to say โthereโs nothing I can do. Sorryโ I eventually was able to restore my router to factory settings but everything was of course deleted. Horrible product and worse customer service.

WiFi extender worked well for us. We used it to connect to a remote camera we installed in our outdoor aviary approximately 35 feet away from the house (and the wall the extender is plugged into). The main router was too far away to reach the camera but the WiFi extender did the trick. The camera picture clarity is excellent and there is essentially no lag time.

I do not consider myself a computer/internet expert, so I was hesitant as to whether I should buy this, but I was tired of having poor internet in an area of my house. I do know basics of Wi-Fi and using internet, but not an expert, so I thought Iโd need someone to help me set this up. I wasnโt even sure I bought the right thing. But it is exactly what I needed. Half our house canโt pick up Wi-Fi because the router is too far away. Now I have Wi-Fi that never kicks me off in about another 1800 square feet area. It is awesome! All I did is follow the easy steps they sent and it is working. No complicated stuff. It allows you to give this area Wi-Fi a new name but keep the original password. It has been working for a couple of weeks. I am happy!

Since getting this, none of my calls have dropped and my internet browsing is much quicker. It was also very simple to setup.
