Ours did great for the first year or so and then began to lose time as a few other reviewers had mentioned. I called tech support and Tara walked me through a factory reset. Something happened and now it plays music on the hour AND keeps great time lol. The reset did it for us and we’re definitely happy with the clock and the service.

My small company uses the HN3500 for a simple time and date stamp. The cards are then turned over to our payroll department to figure payroll so our needs are fairly basic. We used the time clock without incident for 6 months but then, for some unknown reason, it started to malfunction. At that point, I would have given it 1 star. However, I emailed the seller for a technical support number and received immediate response. Called the number and spoke with Mario who was extremely patient and walked me through the reprogramming of the entire system until we got the problem corrected. Now my time clock works like a charm again. I have determined that electronics are just electronics. They are only capable of putting out what is put into them so the most important part of any piece of equipment is the technical support that comes with it. For this reason, I am giving this time clock 5 stars because the technical support that came with it is definitely deserving. The time clock is not so bad either!

Learned how to operate from video, took me some time, but,when empolyee punch the time, it moves to the bottom line, it is confuse …not that good technic support, only way is wathing video, but video didn’t show this problem

I use this for my business and I like how you can fit it anywhere. I have this drilled onto the wall and it allows employees to know when to clock out for lunch. It has an alarm reminder.
Lost one stars due to the fact it was difficult trying to set it up with the hours and dates.

the print is illegible after just a couple of weeks. I tried to return it, but they are hiding behind the fine print that I tried to return it ONE DAY after the timeframe had run out. On one place they said the window was 30 days after I received it, on another they said it was 30 days after they sent it. Bottom line, I have a piece of junk that is unusable. So, save your money and buy a different time clock.
