Check it out !!! I am so glad I spent the little bit extra for the blue “Vichy” finish, it raises my playing skills, those checks are most definitely worth any premium paid ! I love it ! Great sound even acoustically, I added a rubber mute that slipped over the bridge to get extra quiet. But the quality of the build with all you are getting at a low price still blows me away. I build string instruments so I know there is little area for profit. I couldn’t build one this nice this cheap !
Get one from Vangoa, you won’t go-a wrong !

Everything is working except the little shoulder stand who is made for a real violon. The sound is rich ant the archet is sturdy.

It does not work well

My daughter loves it. Great price for a violin.
Amazon Customer –
My daughter bought this Violin with her birthday money. It was packaged nicely and comes with all advertised. The case is a lot better then I excepted and my daughter is over the moon for her new violin. It took us a bit to figure out the rosin on the bow. After watching a few videos to figure out why we didn’t have sound we figured out we needed more rosin and after a bit we got sound. Within 20 minutes my daughter was already playing a song. The bow had a few strings that look loose and not tight but other then that amazing!

This violin is great. I was surprised what awesome quality it is. It comes with everything you need. Keep in mind if you are a new violin user, you will have to watch some videos cuz the bridge is not connected so you have to put the bridge on the right way. Tighten the strings properly tighten the bow properly. Rosin the bow properly etc .. I was amazed at the quality of this violin for such a great price. It came in really nice packaging and seems to work great

Edit: im replacing the two stars i docked on the electronics issue i have realised it was user error. I will keep the original review in place though. So the instructions on how to properly place the bridge wernt great so for others who are complete begginers: that little black box thing that looks like it perfectly fits the bridge and looks like thats where your bridge goes? No. Place the bridge INFRONT of it. Cheers.
Original review:
Like others the electronics on this thing doesnt work for me. So i docked two stars to reflect that for those interested HOWEVER for me personally, i wanted it muted anyways so i dont annoy my neighbors in my apt while also learning if i enjoyed playing, and COULD play it. Theres not to many options for left handed violins which was why i chose this one.
I cannot play the standard way due to missing fingers and due to injuries in my wrist so i wasnt sure how well this would go. So while this thing is cheap, doesnt ya know….sound great…..i like it. Its nice that i can give playing left handed a try for a affordable price to see if i want to invest in a more proper one in future.
So for those who can play standard….theres prob better options on here for you but for me this was nice.

Such an awesome electric violin for the price! Needs a better bow, but we have those, so easy enough to remedy. Sounds great for such an inexpensive instrument and looks very cool too!

I haven’t played violin since I was a kid and I wanted to get back into it but I didn’t want to spend a ton of money, this had decent reviews and I liked the look of it so I went for it. I received it, opened all of it and picked up the violin, immediately I noticed it felt like VERY cheap plastic, but I’d be fine to overlook that if it played alright. I went to tune it up so I could give it a try and it wouldn’t even stay in tune, I’d turn the tuning pegs and they’d slip right back out of place, and that was it for me, I returned it right away.
With any kind of musical instrument, its 100% correct that “You get what you pay for”, and if you’re looking for a halfway decent quality electric violin, this is not the way to go. Spend
a little more and get one from an actual stringed instrument company and you’ll be significantly happier.
I returned this and purchased a Bunnel Edge instead, which is night and day compared to this one and I don’t regret returning it in the slightest.
Cassandra –
Kind of pointless as a violin if you can’t even tune it. The pegs are too loose and won’t hold the string tight enough to be tuned

My biggest issues is the the Shoulder rest supplied does not fit an electric Violin, the clasps are designed for a violin with a lip on the body. Very Frustrating when I expected it to be made to fit the Violin I was sold, sticker guide for beginners shipped was not lefthanded, the instruction given on how to get started were terrible if someone has never picked up the instrument, such as myself. The Violin itself is very nice, the case seems sturdy enough, the headphones are junk but that was expected. I’m still very excited to learn to play, it’s a good thing it came with extra strings because the “A’ string is already fraying at the neck under the scroll.

The resin isn’t real. You can’t tune the violin. Therefore it’s in possible to play the violin from the start.
