Easy to use. As I don’t use phone apps, the PC version allows you to configure and settings, see the data and charts. Information was easy to understand.
The screen displays alternating Heart Rate and Oxygen level. The settings offer a bright and normal display. This did not change much at all. I wish the digits were bigger too.
However, it did vibrate when the oxygen level dropped to 88 as requested. The vibration is enough to get you to change position while sleeping. Not too violent to wake you up completely, which made for a pleasant sleep.

I highly recommend this product. I have an continuous oximeter on at all times. It warms me when I drop below 85% Oxygen and over 130 heart rate. The device has an alarm. When you drop belie 85% or above 130 heart rate it will vibrate. You can control the vibration, I believe there is four setting for the sensitivity of the alarm. I like my set to the highest vibration as possible. Why the vibration is better than an audio alarm. Lots of us with Lung issues or sleep apnea wear bi-pap, c-pap or an non-invasive ventilator. I use a none invasive ventilator. It’s loud, you would never wake in your sleep with a audio alarm. I have been woken up by the vibrations from the alarm, not always but it happen. The App is great. It shows you charts of what your blood oxygen, heart rate and motion. You can really make sense of things, when they are happening and why. Myself and my doctors look at the charts. It’s a great tool. Like I said, I have three and I where them everyday. The unit comes in a slick box, the OxyRing, charging cable, instruction booklet and a one year warranty. It charges fast and goes and goes. Update: if you ever have any questions on anything email or call ViBeat. They are truly wonderful people. They are producing this tech to help people like myself. They have always been polite and caring. I give ViBeat and the OxyU both 5 Stars. If I could give them 6 Stars. I would. Also go tool for anyone how works out and wants to stay between a cart sim heart rate. Yes, I dig it and highly recommend this brand and OxyRing. Great app, gives you information one touch. If you take your OxyRing off and it still has battery. It will download your sleep or morning. You open the App up, set it onto OxyRing go to dash board. That will start up, recognize your OxyRing. Then you go to charts and it downloads the info, blue tooth. It’s a lot quicker than how I explained it. Just no this OxyRing is a work horse. Great Customer Services.

I am on CPAP and O2 at night and O2 during the day. Although I have several pulse oximeters I’ve been curious as to how my O2 saturation varies during the day while engaged in different activities, So the prospect of obtaining continuous O2 saturation readings was very appealing. After looking at all affordable non-medical grade options, I ordered the Vibeat OxyRing. It was easy to set up. I like the ring, which fits my little finger best, I wear it on my left hand where it is less likely to get in the way. After charging the battery for the first time I wore it overnight and downloaded the data the following morning. Printing out the results from a pdf file was easy on my wireless printer. On a prescribed 2L/min used in conjunction with my CPAP machine my O2 levels were below 90% for 69% of the time. I should add that living at 8000 feet with bronchiectasis my “normal” (non-supplemented) O2 sats were typically in the region of 92-94%. Then COVID happened and I experienced levels as low as 78%. I’ve been using supplemental O2 for 18 months, and CPAP/O2 at night for 6 months. Increasing the O2 flow to 3L/min reduced the proportion of time my O2 sats were less than 90% to 23%. Without being able to continuously monitor during sleep I would not have known that. Whether that’s clinically important or not is something I need to discuss with my pulmonologist. I’ve used it to monitor my O2 levels during the daytime, when I maintain a flow rate of 4L/min. It has taught me that I can’t go without supplemental O2 for more than a few minutes while exercising. I don’t wear it every day unless some new situation arises, but I think it’s a useful device to have. I’m not sure I understand the computed “O2 score” and how it’s derived, but the rest of the data is presented in a clear way. As for “accuracy”, that is a parameter that is difficult to independently verify. Whenever I’ve checked, my finger pulse oximeter readings have been in close agreement with the ring readings. I don’t know yet how my pulmonologist will react to my using it. The manufacturer disclaims the use of its product for medical purposes, as it is not an FDA approved device. But enhancing my own awareness of my O2 levels and supplemental O2 needs has to be beneficial. I have no negative comments.

Charged this thing up and took a couple min to get set up which was fine. Not sure if I just got a bad one but the battery life barely lasted 3 hrs. The unit died before it could update the app so I have no clue how I did during those 3 hrs.

I bought this ring to free my finger tips and monitor my O2 level at the same time, and let me tell you it does work perfectly for that purpose. I can use it while typing or writing, even walking and driving or just resting, the silicon band keeps it in place, allowing you to free your hands, the band itself is comfortable, and if you want, you can just change fingers or hands, in my case I can use it on all my fingers except the little ones.
It helps you keep track of your levels and even alerts you if you have a sudden drop of O2, with an audible alarm and/or a vibration alarm. I’ve compare the measurements with my other device (the one that measures your tip) and the readings are very accurate.
The app is very functional, as it records your history data, it also lets you see the current readings and the last minute in a neat graph, it connects automatically to the ring via Bluetooth.
