I used this oven tray once to bake brownies and it worked amazingly well. However, the second time I used it to cook a frozen dinner, it left a mark. I recommend using a piece of aluminum foil between the tray and the food, especially if the food packaging suggests using a baking sheet underneath, to prevent marks from forming on the tray.

All Viking cookware is amazing and these sheet pans are no exception. Chefs quality sheet pan! ! Very sturdy, hefty weight. Rims are very strong. Browns foods perfectly and stays completely flat when in the oven, promotes even baking. Cleaning up is a piece of cake. Order them, you won’t be sorry.

So far these are the best sheet pans I’ve ever had. They haven’t warped once. I’ve cooked as high as 425 degrees with no warping. I like the non- stick feature also. The pans are heavy and good quality. They feel like restaurant or chef quality. I won’t buy any other sheet pan ever.
