Not happy with this coming from U S. 4,000 plus air miles. Have wanted one of these for over a decade so was keen to try it out, but when I unpacked it I found it had a U S plug on it. Have had to order an adapter and wait for it to be delivered. While checking adapter details to make sure I ordered the correct one I saw a warning that other countries electricity voltage may be different from ours. So, now I donโt know if it will work when the adapter arrives. None of this is mentioned in Amazonโs product description. Wish Iโd never bought it! Suggest you think twice (at least) Not worth the hassle. Also just found out from Amazon that they only provide a 2 year warranty but Vitamix give this product a 7 year warranty! But it is not possible to register for that outside U S. Plus after considerable time spent researching on line find that Vitamix cannot be contacted by email. No way to run a company! Adapter just arrived. Blender does not work. After more research I find that us voltage is different to uk so now need a voltage converter. This appliance SHOULD NOT BE advertised on uk site! Ordered a voltage converter to see if I could get this to work. That now arrived but not suitable for such a high powered appliance. Advised that converter needed is ยฃ200 to ยฃ300 hundred pounds. SHAME ON AMAZON for selling me this blender! So disappointing and such a waste of time and money!!!

Excellent quality and it’s being used almost everyday after receiving it. Had Blendtec for last 12-15 years which started giving hard time and decided to get Vitamix and not disappointed….
Amazon Customer –
Arrived looking perfect. Just like the the web site showed.
The pulse button didnโt work.
In assembly a wire was severed and it wasnโt tested before packaging.
I reported it to Amazon who linked to to Vitamaix.
The manufacturer sent me pre-paid postage to return the unit.
In a very short time it was returned and works perfectly now.
Minor inconvenience but an excellent product and excellent product support.

I purchased this blender and followed Vitamix published recipes to a tee – this blender refuses to blend, with the motor just churning and unable to combine the ingredients added (again, at the exact measurements specified by Vitamix and in the exact order of that needing to be added). No matter what I try, same result, unless a gallon of liquid is added. Forgot sherbet or soft serve – because of the amount of liquid needed to be added to get this motor to blend, everything comes out as watered down. No spoons necessary!
Contrast this with my Ninja (which I intended the Vitamix to replace with the promise of being able to make hot soups), and no problems – the Ninja devours all these ingredients into a suitable blend.
I contacted Vitamix and sent a video of the issue to them. Their response was basically that the motor sound is normal and to pound rocks. I said, “do you not see this thing stalled out and not blending?” I thanked them for my $600 brick which they won’t take responsibility for. So, buyer beware – and stick with the much less expensive, much more capable Ninja.

This purchase was my first experience with Vitamix. I am impressed. Iโve made soup and smoothies so far. I was able to make the creamiest tomato basil soup without cream. It is a bit loud but worth the noise. Itโs easy to clean. I got mine on sale for around $400 and feel that I got a great value as I expect to be blending with my Vitamix 750 for a very long time.

This is my 3rd machine in 20 years. My 1st got damaged in moving. My 2nd, I gave to my son, who’s X-wife confiscated. This is my 3rd. It’s an costly indulgence, but so worth it.

This is a simple to operate blender. I like that! I purchased the white and later purchased the smaller stainless container for blending soups. It is LOUD but I don’t mind. You do have to use the tamper to incorporate the frozen ingredients. I think this is because the low profile makes the container wider (but that’s just a guess). I purchased to make almond butter, smoothies and soup. So far, so good.

Bought this product on sale, and it was worth the investment. It blends better than any other blender that I have had. It’s multiple options allow for anything from smoothies to purees. I love that I can make soup with this blender. It has plenty of power and a large enough volume to make plenty for a small household. It is also easy to clean! If it is on sale, and you need a better blender, I definitely recommend it. Otherwise, it is very expensive at full price.

It was probably a decade ago that I first heard about Vitamix from a coworker. He bought one for his wife for Xmas. After some research, I determined it was WAYYYY out of my budget.
Many years later, older, and more health-conscious, I started making smoothies with a NutriBullet. Itโs super-compact but struggled with blending frozen fruit and ice. The ingredients will get stuck, and the engine struggled.
Iโve even had a Breville blender which was still $200 and didnโt do much better of a job. Finally, I took the leap and purchased one when I caught news it was on sale. Finally, I can afford it.
Okay, letโs see what all the hype is about. I really liked how there were presets for each type of blending with preset variable speed cycles and timer. Donโt forget the proper layering of smoothie ingredients – the different cycling in the program. The cycle starts off slow to mix the liquid and greens. Once the bed of greens liquifies, the rest of the ingredients sink down into the blade. Once the blade reaches the frozen ingredients, the engine revs up and cuts through everything. You can feel the strength of the motor because anything lightweight behind the blender is sent flying. Even the chia seeds got obliterated.
It is overall the perfect kitchen appliance – engineering at its finest. Did you ever wonder why the pitchers are so narrow and tall – making it difficult to store on the countertop under most kitchen cabinets. The reason behind this befuddling feature is that with a narrow pitcher, the ingredients will come into contact with the blade more. The type of plastic the pitcher was made of dries super-fast. I LOVE that. Ditto for the lid. The lid has a dome shape. Not certain of the purpose. The material rinses very very well and easily. Overall, I am ecstatic with my purchase. One thing of note is ALWAYS peel your produce. I got lazy one day and did not peel the apple skin. The Vitamix really struggled. I had to run the smoothie program twice. Iโm afraid it would be bad for the blender. With the high price tag, I must treat this appliance carefully.
Iโve noticed the feet on the blender left gray smudges on the white countertop. I started using a mat underneath to protect my counters.

like everything, use cut big pieces of fruit and it tells you right when it is completely mixed by the sound. Great power, big enough for almost anything and warranty, plus it’s pretty I got the black one. TY
