I know these are meant for animal hair, however I invested a decent amount into this device, and after my kitty passed I decided to clean it up, change the blade, and use it for people. For whatever reason these blades pull on my boyfriends hair. His hair in thick, but not coarse, and not textured. I have no idea why, but they cut like butter on anyone else
