Pretty good product (and is very well-made) but has 2 main flaws.
1) If installing into drywall rather into studs, do NOT use the included anchors! They may pull out! Many other reviews indicated they do. I used them initially and could immediately see the top anchor was starting to pull out. That’s not safe. I have young kids and need them not to be crushed by a falling bike. So, instead, go to your local big home store with the orange logo, and buy a pack of Hillman 3-1/6 in. Pull Toggle (6-Pack), SKU #1005721563 for ~$7 for 6 pcs. They work AMAZINGLY WELL and are SUPER STURDY. They are not coming out unless a 4-inch piece of sheetrock rips out a massive hole and comes out with them.
2) The metal wheel rest is too short! It should be a few inches longer. Even on my old mountain bike with 26″ rims, it is **barely** long enough to keep my front wheel off the wall. Many mountain bikes today have much bigger wheels at 27″, 28″, or even 29″ I believe. Those would for sure rest the front wheel on the wall. That’s not a deal-breaker, but the design should be fixed.
Overall, good product and I recommend it.
One of those HIllman pull toggle wall anchors in sheet rock is rated up to 120 lbs, but like I said, you have to buy those on your own. They do NOT come with the product!

These bike racks are sturdy, SIMPLE to install and easy to use. Looks neat and clean. I used the screws without the plastic anchors because I positioned them into a wooden stud which is very strong and secure. (I do not have experience with the plastic anchors because we did not set up the rack on drywall.) The deciding factor is the weight of the bike you will be hanging. The rack is supporting the entire weight of the bike off the floor so for me, the stud placement was ideal, but I cannot be sure how it would perform if I had to place a fairly heavy bike into drywall relying just on the plastic anchors unless you make sure to screw it down into the stud behind the wall.

These bike racks are great for the price. These are space savers. Very strong design. Very simple install. You will need a drill.

Installing these bike racks were really easy. I drilled straight into our studs and placed the bikes. Easy peasy.
They have held up with putting the bikes up and taking them down. The bikes all look nice hanging in a row and no longer are they sitting/falling over on the ground.

I have 2 of these and they do a good job of keeping bikes upright and saving space. The one negative I find is that a typical road wheel rim is quite skinny and the wheels tend to twist to the side rather than staying straight. I’ve added a strap to the wheel to wrap around the rim and the holder in an attempt to make it more stable.
