It’s great, I’m 5’8” and found it to be a decent length right out of the package. I’ll probably extend it slightly longer. The handles are the perfect size and the entire thing feels durable. You can easily do a double/triple skip with how fast it can go. It’ll whip you though! But I prefer that type of rope. If you’re taller than me, it has a few inches you can extend it to, but if you’re over 6’ish it may not be long enough. We’ve used it on pavement, turf, and laminate floor so far and it worked perfect.

It’s light and fast but so painful If it gets caught on my foot the metal adjustment will hit my finger in the same spot every time I have to use with gloves!!!!!!!

Heads up for the shorter people out there. Once you adjust this rope to your height, you WILL need to cut off the excess, otherwise it will get in the way during exercise. For the cost this is a great rope. Once you get the adjustment right, it will work well.

I bought this jump rope for CrossFit because I was tired of having to figure out which jump rope was the right length for me. This jump rope is lightweight and adjustable! With a little trial and error, I was able to adjust the length of the rope to my ideal length. The required tool (hex/Allen wrench) is not included. Also just note that the outer plastic covering of the rope does get scratched if you use it on concrete, so it’s best for indoor use.
The only problem I’ve had is that the handles are very thin and require a tight grip, which can sometimes be painful when doing a lot of jumps.
