I recently got dental implants and it was recommended that I use a Waterpik and electric toothbrush. I purchased this unit and it worked flawlessly – for 6 months. Then the toothbrush wouldn’t charge. I’d get a few seconds of charge and then it would die. I contacted Waterpik and did a chat with someone there. They gave me instructions on how to reset the battery. After a few attempts, it worked and the toothbrush worked flawlessly – for about a week. I did the reset again and got it to work for a day or two. After a week or so like this, I emailed the company. After providing them with my receipt I asked for a replacement toothbrush. The next day I got an email that my order had shipped. They sent me a whole new unit!! I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this product.

After had used this product for three month, the tooth brush unit became very weak al of sudden. Called Waterpik the first time I was told this unit was an old model. I was sure this is the one I bought 3 month ago and called Waterpik again. Then I was told that this one was not old model and the warranty doesn’t apply to the product sold by Amazon! I feel I was cheated and will never buy any Waterpik product again! If you care about product warranty, you have to be cautious!

We bought this to replace a Waterpik duo/flosser &brush (which is more expensive). We like this product MUCH more, so save yourself $50 and get this one. Besides that, we never flossed and brushed simultaneously. I’ve actually been excited to brush my teeth because they feel great afterwards (which did not happen with the other model).

My first one lasted almost eight years. I loved it so much I just bought another one, only white this time (my first one was black). I was going to get a black one again but the white one costed a bit less, so I got it. I like the convenience of having the toothbrush and Waterpik in the same unit. I like the shape of the toothbrush head – it’s compact and the narrow shape at the end allows me to reach my back teeth very well. And I like the “cat tongue” on the back of the toothbrush that cleans my tongue really good. Highly recommend!!

This is my second one. Used the first for several years with no problems. Eventually the toothbrush quit working, so I got a new one. Very easy to use and makes teeth feel clean and healthy.

I dislike that the tube attached to the water pic does not rotate where it’s attached. The previous one I owned did and I liked that much better. Other than that, little complaint the product is great.

I purchased this Waterpic in March and by June the flosser stopped working. The company won’t honour any kind of return or exchange after 30 days. It’s been a month and No one from the company has responded to my warranty questions. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
