I recently purchased the Wefomey Universal Power Supply 3V~24V 3A 72W Adjustable Variable AC/DC Adapter Charger to replace the missing power cord for my 7.2V drill. Overall, I am quite satisfied with its performance.
PROS:
• VERSATILITY: This power supply is incredibly versatile, offering a wide range of output voltages from 3V to 24V. It comes with 14 different tips and a polarity converter, making it compatible with a variety of devices.
• EASE OF USE: The adapter is straightforward to use. Simply plug it in, select the desired voltage, and you’re good to go.
• PERFORMANCE: It worked perfectly for my 7.2V drill. It says it’s not a charger, but it charged my drill and keeping it plugged in to operate wasn’t necessary.
CONS:
• VOLTAGE ADJUSTMENT: The voltage dial is a bit imprecise. It’s more like tuning a radio station, where you have to find the closest match to your desired voltage. They recommend you use a voltage slightly below what you’re replacing, so I guess this isn’t a huge issue.
Works exactly as I wanted it to, so I have no complaints. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Plug and play. Gonna use for simple bench tests, voltage was pretty close with the old reliable meter. You hit 24 VDC kinda early. For the price it’s good. Wish the knob would lock. Small footprint, like that it can be mounted.
Van Life Geek –
This is an extremely versatile power supply and will adjust to work with so many of my devices. Not only can I change the voltage to a variety of settings, but it comes with pretty much every tip design one could need.
This power supply coupled with a decent portable power bank with an inverter makes for a real powerhouse. I spend a lot of time on the road and camping in my old VW campervan, and with either my big power bank or my recently installed inverter, I can use this universal power supply to operate virtually any of my gadgets, without needing to carry dedicated power supplies for each device.
I also like that this power supply can output higher voltages than 12v all the way up to 24v, which will power a tiny audio amplifier I use in the van when camped. It will work with only 12v, but when boosted to 24v, it can really crank out the audio.
Overall, for the price, I think this would be hard to beat considering how much you get in the package.

This is a nice little voltage power supply. It took me a little while for me to get the exactly 12 volts I needed to do the test on it any little movement I had it at 11.9 or 12.2 volts. It would be nice if it had steps and it would notch into each voltage section but because it’s variable it’s pretty much unlimited. When I did the first Test with some off road lights as soon as I engaged the power to the light it did drop down to 11.9 volts but it does work as it should. Does come with all sorts of attachments I mostly needed it for the clips so I could test equipment that I’m putting into my rig. Good to have around rather than having to hook everything up to a battery. I would recommend.

This thing comes with almost every type of connector you could think of for normal household electronics.
There have been many times I was looking for a specific power supply for something I had and wanted to use but couldn’t find the right one.
Selecting the voltage you want is a bit touchy because the dial isn’t 100% smooth when rolling through the voltage adjustment, but it does work.
Besides having the typical barrel plugs, the clips are also nice to have for testing lights or other electronics that just have wires hanging out of it.
For the broad range of voltage adjustment though this thing is definitely worth having.

This universal power supply has just about every conceivable barrel plug, plus alligator clips. polarity reverser. The power output is easy to dial in with the knob and the convenient display shows the output voltage. It is in a small package, so it won’t take up your workspace. This little unit can save your bacon if you lose a charger for an important device. It’s versatility is its biggest asset.

It will work for the project I am working on. Has a nice array of interchangeable tips. The potentiometer adjustment leaves a little to be desired though, especially at lower voltages used for semiconductors. Most of us that work with those voltages know they don’t tolerate variances too well.
Video shows trying to adjust to 9v to test another device. To help with the frustration, I settle at just under needed voltage. Seems to power everything I have thrown at it so far, ranging from 3-15v. Not brave enough to try the Micro USB or USB-C connectors yet. I do have a cheap USB current tester and may try it out on that before plugging into a laptop.
