Wellness Complete Health Grain-Free Cat Food, Chicken & Herring, 3oz (Pack of 24)

This Wellness in Chicken and Herring is the only cat food my cat likes. I’ve tried all other flavors and varieties of all other wet cat food, and this is the only one she’ll eat!!! Good amount of protein and real meat.

My two cats initially loved it. The second order I placed for this product arrived with a few bubbled cans. I didn’t realize at first that there might be a bad seal and served food from one of these bubbled cans. One of my cats refused to eat it and now won’t go back to eating any of this formulation. Not sure if this was a short-term quality control hiccup, but I won’t be re-ordering.

Wish I could afford to feed this exclusively, but with 6 cats it’s too expensive. Excellent ingredients. All my cats like it.

I have ten cats and not even one of them will eat this – DO NOT PURCHASE because they will not let you return it which means you are out of over $40.00 Must be horrible food because none of the cats will touch it!!

 I’ve bought the bigger cans at a health food store for years, but these smaller cans are easier to open (less wrist movement and wrestling, easier to grasp the ring) and serve (1 can = 1 proper serving for my cat). Paté means it’s not chunky and therefore easier to eat for young and old, and those with bad/no teeth. Our cats love it, and it smells good. My mom jokes of wanting to eat it. This flavor is my older cat’s favorite, but she also likes the plain chicken flavor and turkey, too.

This order gives you two flat boxes of 12 cans packaged together, so 24 cans total. Cans are 3oz, a serving. It’s easier than purchasing a big can and refridgerating and reheating half every time, not to mention easier to open.

I’ve bought these on Amazon a few times now. There’s always at least maybe 2 dented ones, so it’s not bad, but this time 5 were dented and one was defective (either from their metal can supplier or their own factory equipment breaking down in one spot). Either way, the one can has a sharp protrusion, a dent, a loose ring, looks bulgy, and sounds more hollow, so it didn’t get properly heated for the vacuum seal (likely due to the sharp protrusion pushing the can out of place).

I will still keep buying this, because it has healthier ingredients, and the damage was a simple mishap you don’t see every day. Amazon is sending me a full replacement, but all I wanted was 5 cans. For that, I’ll make a new unboxing video soon, because my older cancer kitty gets super happy when I open it up and present them to her.
