This is what my desk currently looks like. I’ve been adding more stuff. Specifically this helps with space and it also helps with monitor height. As you can see it raises my monitors about 5 inches.
The product is very easy to put together, and doesn’t feel cheap…!

I ordered a ClosetMaid cubical organizer for my room to replace an old short bookshelf. I had used the top of the bookshelf to set my old laptop, steam deck, and keyboard on previously and the new cubical was slightly too short for me to comfortably type at when standing up. This product just so happened to be the perfect size (only about 1/2 inch too long) to fit on top of the organizer for a more comfortable typing experience.
The build quality is pretty solid. There is a slight gap in the wood on the interior sides of the organizer due to how the connecting bracket is designed, but it doesn’t bug me. My one main complaint is that the laminate finish is not flush to the corners resulting in a lighter wood color on all the corners. This makes the piece look cheap. Luckily this is easy to fix. All you need is to run a wood finish repair marker along the edges and it hides the imperfections fairly well.
The drawer separators were a nice surprise, but there are not enough of them to be useful. You need at least two perpendicular separators for it to stay in place, but that still isn’t enough to hold anything heavier in place. I tried to organize my pocket knives with them and the weight just made the separators bulge out.
The tablet slot would only be useful for that purpose for very small tablets. It is barely long enough to hold my 11inch iPad Pro up on the short edge. Its honestly more useful as a pen or pencil slot.

I am so happy with this stand, it is perfect! Very sturdy and easy to put together. I work from home 3 days a week and needed to upgrade my workstation. I have a very small desk I use and the monitors were taking up writing space. Having this unit allowed me to declutter and organize my workspace, and raise the monitors so they were at the right level and out of the way. The drawers are nice and big so anything that was on my desk is now in the drawers. I recommend this highly for anyone looking to organize their desk space and not spend a lot of money for great quality.

What a find! I saw something in the paper about monitor stands and went directly to Amazon. I have 2 monitors and one was on a book to raise it up. This holds my two monitors perfectly at a great height. Bonus room underneath and two drawers! It took a little time to put together, but pictures were clear. Gave extra hardware. It’s super sturdy and looks nice.

This product is as described and looks quite nice once assembled. Time will tell how sturdy it will be. I used some glue during assembly for added support but overall I am very happy with the product and the assembly was a breeze and it included tools to assemble as well.
