I received the bird food, and the bag was ripped, there was bird food all over my other purchases that were in the same box. What a mess. I filled my bird feeders, and the birds love it. I reorder 2 more bags and they were not torn. I was very happy.

This is a fabulous bird seed mix for pet birds. I ordered mine for pet lovebirds and a conure. They love it and munch on this mix all day long. There are many types of ingredients that make this a healthy beautiful blend for birds. I recommend it as an all purpose feed.

I had been putting out bird food on my back porch for a big flock of sparrows that took up residence there and they exclusively picked out the millet and left most of the seed, and bigger birds were not coming around to make up the difference so I bought this, which is mostly just millet from the looks of it, but the birds eat up 100% of it now. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I wish it was a bigger bag. Good price though.

Birds seem to like it, but it is very fine and has smaller seeds and almost powder that falls out of the feeder as soon as I open the little doors. Probably won’t buy it again as I can mix Sunflower seeds and wild bird seed and get a nice mixure.

BTW I feed the birds in both a feeder and pour some on the ground for the larger birds like doves. I read another review that the red and green seem like rocks. They are very hard and I had to actually use a hammer to break them. (what are they?)The birds seem to leave those (See pic). Also, as others say, there is a lot of dust. But I do believe this blend is better than what I’ve been buying at the grocery store…? I bought this blend, hoping to attract different birds. My decision is still out. Giving 3 stars for now.

I use this feed for my window bird feeder and so far it seems that they love it as they keep coming back day after day.
I’ve only used it for a short time, but I definitly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t before.
Note: This bird feed is pretty small, so if you have holes in the bottom of your feeder for rain to drain through, there is a chance that some of it could fall through.
