I had used the “blue tape” for 40 years because, well Pete Sampras and Roger Federer did. But my hands don’t sweat and I would wear through that overwrap within a few matches. With this Wilson wrap, it has the right amount of tackiness and is way more durable. After 6 months there is barely any sign of wear and it will probably go another 6 months. Game changing product for me.

There is pretty much no adhesive whatsoever. I think it should be more clear that this is the case.

My kids’ tennis racket overgrips were too old and I wanted to replace them by myself. I have no experience on this but it was pretty straightforward. As this is pretty cheap, I decided to try this one. Overall, this binds well to the racket and it looks good after the replacement. However, my kids said that the original one in the racket was more cushioned. In terms of durability, I have no idea yet but it seems it would last for a reasonable time.
