I love the shallow drawers! All of my crafting supplies are so organized and accessible. The drawers are on wheels and they open/close very smoothly. Overall seems really sturdy too! My only complaint with this cabinet, is there were a few screw locations not pre-drilled, so I had to drill them myself. Not a big deal if you have a drill, but could be an issue for someone.
UPDATE: one year later and all of the locking wheels (I’ve purchased 3 of these cabinets) have broken under the weight of the (I’ll admit full) cabinets. Maybe not a big deal if you only plan to put light-weight items inside. I contacted the company and the wheels are $20 each to replace.

Los cajones se caen en todo momento ! Es una vil porquerÃa

Worst product ever. Very rickety and drawers become misaligned so easily. Reinforced it with brackets and it’s still awful. Won’t be keeping this.

many of the pre-made screw holes are touch too large, and the screws go in way too easy, feel like they were not tight enough. Some don’t come to a hard stop when you gently screw them down manually.
the drawers are not evenly set, so one sticks out a bit more, or less than the other ant it doesn’t look appealing.
The tensioning sockets that mount the fronts of the drawers, do a random fit in their pocket holes.
One fits all in, another will not, and sticks out a bit. Not preventing fitting the assembled drawer in the unit, but annoying.
Essentially, the concept of assembly is an attempted imitation of another known brand, except appears to be a bit more neglected for quality of manufacturing. Also the packaging arrived beaten up heavily, with holes ripped in the sides of the cardboard box. The Styrofoam inserts were crushed, messed up the entire room.
It definitely looks way better on the picture than in reality.

I was so excited to receive 2 of these cabinets with drawers to use for storage & organization in my classroom. Having to pack up the whole classroom every summer so the floor can be re-waxed, I’m always looking for easy ways to organize with wheels that don’t require me to pack and unpack boxes. These were great for the first few months, but in the first Autumn after summer, the drawers didn’t roll in & out as easily. They would come off the rails inside the cabinet which made then difficult to pull out or push back in. Then the fronts of the drawers started to come off. If 1 of the drawers is off, the drawers around it won’t roll open or close correctly. I’m frustrated because they really are just the right size for rolls of ribbon, beads, buttons, various ziploc bag boxes, rolls of Glad wrap & aluminum foil, etc. NOW it’s hard to roll open the drawers. I’m continuing to use them because they cost $100+ each and I can’t afford to replace them.
Over time, these drawer issues have gotten worse….to the point that I DREAD having to get something out of it.
Additional issue has come up a couple years down the road…… NOW one of the wheels has “folded.” I DO NOT have anything heavy in or on this set of drawers. It’s filled will LIGHT craft supplies, ribbon, feathers, beads, rubber bands, pipe cleaners, etc. Nothing heavy. There is NO REASON for the wheel to just collapse other than POOR QUALITY!
DO NOT BUY THESE IF YOU PLAN TO USE THEM OR PUT THINGS IN THEM. BUY SOMETHING ELSE!

This was my second Winsome Halifax storage cabinet to purchase. I bought one and have used it for craft organization and quickly decided I needed a second one.
It is a very nice product for the price! When I purchased this second cabinet, the drawers were solid black inside. The drawers are white inside the black cabinet in the older units. I contacted Winsome Wood and they were great.. within days I had the white drawer parts for this cabinet. Customer service was awesome.
I understand that for some the black interior to match the outside is more desirable , but when using for craft storage my preference was to have white drawer interiors like the first one I purchased, for visibility.
This unit quite study for my purposes. I did not use the casters on the bottom. Assembly takes a few hours but the instructions are clear and the hardware is very organized. I recommend this product.

I ordered two of these to be the supporters for my new desk. It took me about four hours to put both of them together. So let me go over the experience I had with these cabinets.
Quality:
It’s cheap, pressed wood, covered by paint. The wood chips easily, especially when you’re putting in the screws to hold the rails, if it god forbids falls down or any other mishaps. So be extra careful with this.Take as much time as you need to physically secure a screw rather than use power tools. I used power tools too, but I set it on a lower setting like 3-4. Sometimes the tool couldn’t force it to go anymore and I had to tighten the screw manually.
Building the drawers: The matching of the holes of metal parts and wooden parts about 40%-60% accurate. Meaning – about 40% of he holes will match up with the metal bar properly, 60% will be either too close to the metal bar, so when you screw in your screw it cracks the product, or it will be too far so kind of have it held in place by someone else while you’re putting in the screw. Expect a lot of frustration with that part. It’s tedious and unpleasant.
The grooves on the sides of the drawers, where the bottom part supposed to slide in do not match up in about 40% of the time. Expect several drawers to have to either hit the bottom until you force it to slide ALL the way in or just not caring whether it slides all the way in and pray that the top part, the part with the cut out for the handle, will be able to fit. Either way, again, cheap production don’t expect perfection, causes frustration, but much less than the screws.
Building the Sides: This part is rather easy. Holes on the sides of the cabinet match to the metal railing pretty nicely, in about 99% of the time. I’ve had two, I think out of fourteen (I ordered two) that required a bit of nudging to get it secured with both screws, properly.
Metal Rails:
The rails that allow the drawers to move back and forth are of good quality, however, the rails that you put ON the drawers are not so muchly. They are also metal and for the most part, about 70% are of good quality. There are a few, however, where the wheel will stick, preventing the drawer from moving forward, leaving it about quarter of the way open. It’s very, very frustrating because pressing it harder to move in does not do anything. Neither does applying a little more force. You have to press down and left on the drawer to force it to close. After a few attempts I took the drawer out and looked the wheel and it’s all banged and cut from the tries of forcing the drawer all the way in. I don’t know what’s wrong with it, I’ll try to use WD40 on it to see if it helps. Majority of the drawers do NOT have this problem.
In the end, there’s a little bag with four plastic corners. Do NOT forget those or your cabinets will wobble something fierce.
Warning: I came upon two pieces that were not what I needed. Because of that ONE of my drawers has an issue, but it can be fixed with glue so I am not too worried. Just don’t be surprised if you get a piece that is not what you need.
Instructions:
Instructions are fairly easy. It’s just a picture of a drawer with all the parts that are labeled. I usually am really pretty inept in putting things together, but aside from a few things where I needed assistance in holding stuff down so I can fasten the screws in, the instructions were a breeze. Picture matches clearly to the part in front of you, there’s very, very little confusion about what is going on and what is needed to bring the piece together. Maybe they re-done the instructions, I don’t know, but I had NO trouble figuring out what needs to be done.
Looks:
So, when I finally put it all together I must say they look VERY nice. The coating on them is not too shiny, the color is rich and the paint does not scratch easily. Cut outs on the front of the drawers are also super comfortable when you open the drawer, I even prefer it to the handles.
Final Thoughts: Despite of its shortcomings in some ways, these cabinets and drawers are a great buy on a budget. They are very sturdy, they look really good and they are cheap. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for the most bang for their buck. Also if you treat them gently – aka – won’t go around kicking them and scratching them – I will not be surprised if these things last you for years.

This was a pain to put together. Two sides a back and a front. And up side and a down side. This screw here that screw there and two guys putting it together. Lol 😂. It could have a little more room in the drawers for me but it works for what I bought it for and seems pretty sturdy. It doesn’t take up much room and adds a counter surface to my kitchen. I would buy this again if I had a reason too. It was a bit pricey but worth it I guess. Came on time and in a hundred pieces lol but good shape pieces. May take an hour or two to assemble depending on your puzzle skills. 🤗

I have read many comments about this drawer being cheap and etc. People you’re buying this instead of going to Ikea because it feels expensive remember THIS MATERIAL IS CHEAP BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!! If you want good quality then get it on Ikea or other furniture store. Also this was not bad when assembling it together but also be very VERY CAREFUL again the material is cheap it can easily break this is good for a temporary use. So far I’m happy with this since I was looking for a drawer for a small place. The box had some missing pieces I contacted the customer service and I had a great experience they were nice and very professional with the emails and I got my missing pieces in 3 days!!!. Other than that if you’re a person who’s looking for something cheap or temporary this could be useful but remember if you want a good better quality material then expend some extra money for it if not then buy at your own risk since this material is delicate and cheap.
