I purchased this cage for two cockatiels as a replacement for their two separate 20″x20″x32″ cages. I am very impressed by how much more useable space my birds have in this cage compared to their previous set up. This cage has a smaller footprint than I anticipated while providing much more room for the animals. The flat ‘roof’ also provides a lot of space for the birds to hang out on, as they spend about as much time climbing along the outside of the cage as they do inside of it. Their only downside is that they cannot climb up and down the legs of this cage as they could with their previous cages.
I was able to assemble this by myself in a little over an hour as an average middle aged woman who is not particularly mechanically inclined. It definitely would have gone faster with a second set of hands to hold pieces steady when connecting them, but it was not vital to the construction process. Admittedly the instructions are not the greatest (graphic/image only, no words), but I only once had to remove a piece that I initially installed facing the wrong way. The cage was very well packaged upon arrival and it was easy to match up the pieces to the instructions to verify that all pieces were in the box. There were also two extra bolts included in case of dropping/losing some during construction.
I am very happy with how solid this cage is. I don’t have any concerns about pieces bending or warping. The bottom plastic tray is a bit thinner than I expected, but that does make it lighter to move in and out of position when cleaning the cage. Overall, this cage is the same level of quality as cages I have previously owned from Prevue Pet and A&E. I would not hesitate to buy another cage from this brand.

I thought this cage would be less sturdy based on price but after trying others and being disappointed I ordered two of these and was so happy with them. They go together easy. One person use zip ties to help out if you don’t have an extra pair of hands. The cages are sturdy and nice looking with a quality powder coated grey finish that is fairly nice and neat looking. I have my cockatiel in one cage and 6 budgies in the other. Both have plenty of room to spread their wings. The budgies love it as they have room to fly around and they can’t escape. I didn’t use the stands and placed them on higher tables so I can be eye level and they feel a bit more secure being higher off the ground. Love the cages.

Love how big this cage is at an affordable price decent to put together. Some flaws tho I was looking at another cage and I honestly ment to buy the other cage because of the differences however I accidently bought this one and we’ll not Returning it. This one dose not have side doors to open for the bird food dishes or just easy acess for little things so that for me is a bit of a down fall ( our budgies are not yet hand tamed we have 4 kiddos it’s a working progress to gain thier trust hence the bigger cage purchase so they have more space to fly) the other flaw is the tray at the bottom is not going in all the way I normally line the cage with paper towel and the paper towel is flying out when ever they fly however I empty the try every day and give it a whipe down. Other then that our budgies are very happy in thier big cage to fly and play and we’re looking forward to gaining thier trust to let them fly freely .

This is a lovely cage. It was very easy to assemble (even with just one person), no tools necessary. It seems sturdy and is at a very affordable price point. I also really appreciate the built in shelf under the cage. I do have a few complaints: – The tray at the bottom (to catch droppings) is made from plastic and seems pretty flimsy. I would’ve preferred it to be made of metal or even a more rigid plastic. – There are only two doors, both at the front of the cage, though they do both have built in locks which is nice. – I’m not a fan of the “extras” that came with it, because the even wood perches aren’t good for bird’s feet, but I understand that most cages come with these. I would just recommend buying natural perches.
Overall, I’m satisfied with this cage, and it will be a mansion for my cockatiel.

Got this cage when we decided to add a second cockatiel to the family. It’s even bigger than we imagined when fully assembled, lots of room for perches and toys and other enrichment. Our birds absolutely love it, they have so much freedom to move around and play. My only complaint is that the assembly instructions are pictures only, and are printed very small and hard to see. It’s easy enough to figure out how to assemble, especially if you’ve assembled this type of cage before, but better instructions would be good for first time bird owners.

Purchased 52 inch cage and it’s a big. Sturdy with 2 large openings and plenty of space and includes 4 large feeding/drink stations and 3 wooden bird perches. Wheels on the cage cart bottom make moving it easy. Convenient bottom slide out tray helps make for simple clean up. Includes all hardware needed to assemble, i.e. 18 screws (16 actually used plus 2 extra) and an Allen wrench. The Negative is for the poor assembly instructions. The cage is easy to assemble but the lousy instructions = spending more time assembling than needed. I suggest looking at both instructions and photos of a completed cage before starting and to reference when actually building. It shouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes. Would be faster and simpler assembly if the cage parts were labeled, color coded or something on each part to help make for an easier part identification.
I definitely recommend this cage. Shipping was both fast and in a flat box that was well padded and secure.

I’ve had this cage since 2021, originally for two budgies. Plenty large enough. Now it’s just one budgie and she loves the size of it. It wasn’t too difficult to put together and I have no complaints about the quality. It’s been three years and it’s been good enough.
Some things that I wish were different:
1. It needs at least one rear access door. The two front swing-out doors are fine, but since the cage is so large, it is very difficult for me to mount perches and other items inside the back of the cage because it’s nearly impossible for one person to have one arm through a front door and reach around the back of the cage with the other arm to screw things in. A second person is needed or just get creative with one of those grabber things or something. But still a PITA.
2. It’s not easy to do a thorough cleaning because one it’s put together, it’s just one big piece. The bottom tray and the bottom grid both slide out easily enough for cleaning, but if you want to really clean this sucker, the easiest way is to take it out to the back yard and hose it down. That’s great if you have a yard, but living in an apartment is tricky. It’s time-consuming to try to sponge-bath and wipe the whole thing, especially when it’s hard to reach some of the inside of the cage due to its size and lack of openings (see #1 above). Would be great if it was easier to take apart and then the pieces could be washed individually in a shower.
3. Locking wheels would be nice to have.
Not a bad cage overall for the price, but some improvements would make it awesome.

Roomy, large well built cage…Looks great…Very, very pleased!
Assembled easily with two people as the directions recommended. Once the two of us put together the basic stand up frame, I was able to put the remaining sides up and complete it by myself. It fit together perfectly!
All doors, trays, etc. slide out and work great! Highly recommend this cage!
