I bought these to replace my old Bowflex dumbbells after 30 years.
These new dumbbells are well made. Adjustment of the weight using the center handle is easy, and more efficient than the Bowflex units.
And, these fit, pretty well, on my Bowflex stand for dumbbells.

Been using these for the past two months and they work great. Comfortable grip, easy to shift weights. I Depending on the exercise I shift regularly between the various options between 7 and 24 pounds. With the weight set going up to 40 pounds, I will have many years of good use to go.
I do wish there was more options between 7 and 13 pounds. A 10 pound option would be most ideal for future versions of this product.
Have not had any issues with weights falling out…

There’s an inherent trait of these that makes lifting more difficult. The weight isn’t a full circle, so the side opposite the red locking bar is heavier. That makes for a pretty extreme grip strength workout while curling. As you bring the weight up, the heavier side wants to stay pointing down, so your wrist and forearm have to do a lot more than just hold the weight to keep it in line with your arm. I never would have thought of that before buying these and using them. Not specific to this brand; I’m sure that just how adjustable weights are.
BUILD:
Quality seems good so far. Base is made of sturdy plastic and metal tube. Weights adjust and slot in and out very easily. I’m being gentle with them, as there is a lot of plastic, but I doubt they’ll encounter issues with normal workouts. Probably not the best for failure workouts where you have a chance of dropping them. Grip is comfortable, but I’m relatively tall, so milage may vary for smaller hands.

Purchased for football player son so he could workout at home. The weights fall out and will not stay secure, too dangerous to allow him to use. He will end up getting hurt. Tried to return and seller sends label and you must pay to ship back. Cost to ship is $190!!! I have asked for a pre-paid label getting no response. I have asked for seller to contact me, no response. Not worth it for a product that could cause great bodily harm!!!

Works as advertised. I wear glues because the weights can rub on the back of the hand / knuckles for certain exercises.
