I love these! I wear them every morning while I’m getting ready as well as when I’m working out and I can feel the little extra burn in my arms. These are for the price they’re very sturdy and comfortable. The Velcro is easy to come on and off when needed, but stays on while you’re working out. I highly recommend these especially the color is so pretty! It makes working out a little bit more fun

I am using these as wrist bands. The extra weight as I wear them during the day for hours at a a time gives both of my arms a good workout. I do feel it after a time. Looking forward to what it will do for my overall arm strength.

I admit I usually wear them when I have socks and sometimes pants on. But it’s better to say I used the ones I had before under those circumstances. I wanted them for PT exercises so I’m not all decked out in tights for the gym but even if that wasn’t the case the straps are so short it’s hard to get them around my ankle and even to the silver ring let alone back to where the Velcro will stick. The Velcro is incredibly strong. They are attractive and sewn together well. But the straps are just way too short.

I ordered these for putting around my ankles and Walking just to add a little weight. They are doing an excellent job. They are very stable on my legs. They don’t irritate or rub. They were an Excellent value for the money I spent. They took a little longer than normal to arrive so be aware of that if you’re going to buy them, but I would definitely buy them again.
