At first I was tempted to return this little shake maker. My first attempt to use it was a disaster I tried to remove the cup from the base and everything Spilled Out. I was determined to see what I did wrong. So I did practice with nothing inside. I found out that if you apply a little bit of pressure on the top of the cup while removing it comes right out without any problem. Now I have been using it very successfully and I am very happy with this purchase and I recommend. Just remember a little bit of pressure on the top before removing the cup and you’ll be just fine PS they should tell you this in the instructions

My dog has bad teeth and is unable to eat dry dog food as is. So I blend the dry food into powder, add water, mix and serve. This blender is perfect for what I need. Put the blender cup onto the base, turn the cup 15 degrees clockwise until the blue light lights up on the base and blend. The cup has to be held in the lock position and the blend button has to be held down for the blender to work.

I was looking for a smaller sized personal blender that wouldn’t take up much counter space, would be easy to use/clean on a regular basis and that had “enough” power to blend basic smoothie type drinks for and after workouts, meal replacements and desserts. All that stuff. The price on this item was amazingly low when purchased, so I read the reviews and tried it out. After a few uses, I love this….it will easily handle the small ice cubes and does a super job blending up a smoothie. I’ve not yet used frozen fruit (such as bananas) but don’t think that would be a problem. It’s a value thing….it does what I need it to do at an incredibly low purchase price and is so convenient to use everday. As long as this stands the test of time, it’s a bargain. Such a great value that I just ordered a second to have as a backup.
