When I bought it at this unbelievable low price, I knew there would be a hitch.
But I was curious.
the keyboard case is well made.
It was a trick to pair it to the ipad, but once paired, it was responsive.
This is not an 11 inch keyboard. I guess the packaging mismatch is a manufacturer’s error
I would send it back, but it is worth keeping for the quality of the keyboard.
I would suggest that the company selling this keyboard modify the description, unless they have the staff to deal with returns.
I think a better fit would be a 9.7 ipad.
Two Months later…
Second photo above is the ipad snug in the case.
I took a second look and tried to fit the ipad into the keyboard.
I don’t know how it was done, but it fits and the keyboard works well with it. Therefore I now recommend this for an ipad. So I now will give this five stars. But I don’t recommend this for a new ipad air 2024 because there is no provision for the fingerprints unless the case is cut away.

Everything you need including back lighting

The product doesn’t fit its description, it’s too small for an ipad pro

Love the product, color was fine, reasonably priced. Item was well packaged. New. Only issue was the camera area was not compatible with my iPAD.

It adds a significant thickness to the IPad and with no track pad and unable to fold keyboard 360 degrees and just use IPad as intended, it is limited to being just a thicker protective cover. If only going to use IPad for texting, or viewing probably find something thinner. Protection wise it’s excellent.

Zagg is a GREAT brand and this is a GREAT keyboard, but I don’t recommend buying this particular case for your iPad 4 unless you have someone in your home with a lot of tools who knows how to use them. If you’re thinking this case will fit your 4th generation iPad Air, it won’t. Even though the width and height of the iPad Pro 11 and iPad is 4 are exactly the same, the Air is actually a hair thicker than the Pro. The end result? This case will NOT fit I your iPad Air 4th generation. “Technically” you can get it to snap in, but unless you want your iPad to constantly black out on you and give you a restore error that you have to manually reset, this probably isn’t the case. It also makes the buttons on the 4 virtually unusable as is. I whined so hard that I “needed my Zagg,” so my hubby edged the end out and smoothed it out using some tools, patience and a pinch of ticky tack to make it work. End result after a full year of daily use, it’s still perfect TBH–but I know this isn’t normal and I wouldn’t expect anyone else to go through this to use the case on a 4th gen Air.
I’d like to note that I had my other hinged Zagg case for 6 years and used it like crazy. In fact, the old Zagg case way outlasted my last iPad. I recycled my iPad back in the day, but I still use that Zagg case as a little “table” to paint my nails under because I haven’t been able to part with it. This little workhorse (and my old one from long ago) types like a dream, is super durable and has a ton of great little shortcut keys. I still had to give a 5-star review because, if I’m being honest, it’s totally my fault I bought a case that doesn’t fit my iPad. And I’m lucky my hubby has a lot of tools, patience and kindness to ensure I “had my Zagg!”
If this case fits your needs, don’t hesitate…just buy it. And you’ll be a Zagg person for life.

I thought it was meant for the iPad Pro I guess I got the wrong one, it doesn’t fit the iPad you can’t push the power button and also the volume buttons don’t align with the case, the keyboard doesn’t actually charge so I have not been able to use it even though I left it plugged in to one of my chargers tried different chargers and doesn’t work, it doesn’t even come with its own charger. Over all I would not purchase this product again.

This keyboard works, feels, and looks great–professional looking. After retiring I found myself using my Ipads more and more and use this keyboard on my Ipad Pro 11. I like the feel of the keys even better than Apple’s, certainly like the price better. I have only two minor complaints–actually just suggestions for future. One, You must flip finger up on the very bottom of the ipad screen to change apps–that is a little adjustment/failed attempts. Secondly, having a fully adjustable angle is great when using on a table top. However, when on lap at greater angles it slips. This accessory makes an ipad a better fit for my uses and improves grandchildren’s game experience.

After several months of use:
This keyboard has proven to be an excellent alternative to the Apple magnetic keyboard. Its long-lasting battery performance has been notably efficient, offering extended use between charges. The keys are well-crafted, providing a satisfying typing experience that is ideal for both everyday operations and extensive documentation work.
One of the standout features is its USB-C charging capability. This is especially convenient as it aligns with the charging needs of both the iPad and the keyboard case, reducing the number of cables and chargers you need to manage.
Additionally, the keyboard’s design supports a stable landscape view for the iPad, which is beneficial due to the weight distribution. This setup ensures that the iPad remains securely positioned, making it easier to use for various tasks and enhancing overall productivity.

It will fit an iPad Air generation 4 but you will definitely have to make some cuts in it. A little bit of time with a Dremel or some shears and your good to go. I showed some pics of what you have to cut and how it fits afterwards.
