I have had this for several months and it done exactly what I needed it to do.
Privacy works good… a little too good unfortunately. I noticed it made the screen darker, so I was having to increase the brightness of the screen to see, which resulted in shorter battery life on my phone. If I was outside with sunglasses on, I basically had to turn it to max brightness to see the screen enough to tell who was calling. All that said I could be reading something on my phone and people would ask why I’m looking at a blank phone until I showed them the screen, so it did its job.
This week I was standing upstairs in my house next to the railing and dropped my phone. It bounced through the railing and downstairs on the stone tile floor. When it hit the floor, it bounced out of the “Apple” case (sure glad I spent money on the official case, lol) and landed face down. My heart sank. Surely it didn’t survive that. I ran downstairs and picked it up and the corners of the glass were cracked and there was a large hairline crack down the middle. I peeled off the screen protector and my screen is perfectly fine. It was just the protector that broke.
I went through Zagg to get a replacement and it was an easy process. They even give you the option to change to a different screen protector, so I ended up changing to a clear one this time and it only cost me $5 for the change + shipping which was $9.99 (if I had gone with the privacy screen again it would have been $0 +shipping). They even gave a discount on anything else for my phone, so I ended up getting a new case as well (since the apple one abandoned ship) at a discounted price and no increase to the shipping charge.
Only downside is the replacement screen protector doesn’t come with another plastic applicator so I’m wishing I had kept mine. I’m going to reach out to Zagg to see if I could get another one, but I figure it’s probably normal for them to not include it. So yeah, keep it in a junk drawer or cabinet somewhere just in case you need it someday.

Had same glass protector on iPhone X for 4 years! For the ones that are not very good at installing, ZAGG gives you a little jig to install it. Can’t miss your installation. The best, installing on new phone, no cleaning to do out of the box!

I left my phone on my car today. And as I merged o to the interstate, it fell off. I had to go to another exit to turn around. When I found it in the middle of the road after two cars hit it, there was no damage to my screen. Thank you!!!!!!!

Ive used this screen protector in this specific brand for many years now. It really keeps your privacy, the lateral vision is blocked for spy users jeje and the front vision is super clear.
Im very sensitive with bright lights and this screen protector helps me to reduce the light. My eyes are happy now =)
I wish they could have it with Blue Light protection + screen privacy…unfortunately it’s only privacy protection
but happy too =)

I purchased 3 privacy screen protector at $50 each and after a minor drop from waist height the screen protector broke. It was registered so I request to get a replacement. While ordering the replacement I noticed that I would have to pay a $10 shipping fee. Ok I still ordered the item. The next day I saw that my payment was cancelled and my replacement has been processing for over two weeks. I called customer care to get some assistance but their number doesn’t work.

I closed the hood of my car on my phone, the hood latched. I popped the hood and looked at my phone, the protector was broken but it saved my phone and screen. Great product.

Well I guess I am going to have to find a new company for screen protectors. I use to use Zagg exclusively, they were always durable, long lasting, came in a variety of options and the replacement policies were nice. Now, I can definitely see a decrease in quality. I had this screen protector on and after a week i dropped it once and it chipped immediately. I had a screen protector once that lasted a year with Zagg… now it only last a week. Completely disappointed, the only thing they have going for them is that it is ridiculously easy to install and the kits that come in the box make putting on your phone a breeze. I love the privacy aspect of it but I am sure there are cheaper options. If it is going to crack in a week I would rather pay $10 than $20-$30 on what I assumed would be quality. Very sad we the consumer spends our money on items that won’t even last.

I’ve tried a lot of screen protectors and I always go back to these because of the quality. They are kinda pricey but you get what you pay for. All around privacy screen and durable.

I have used many Privacy Screen Protectors and this is the best one I have ever used. Extremely minimal “Screen Door” Effect. The dimming of the screen is the nature of privacy ones, and this one is the brightest one that is there, the best one with 360 privacy.
The one I liked before was the Tech Armor one but they stoped making it in the 13 pro max that I had and had a slightly more screen door effect, and was a bit dimmer, but I did like the Matte finish on that one.
This one by far is better and easier to install than that one, and will be getting this for any future phones.
