I’ll be switching to the maintenance formula I have this on subscription and need to change it. I feed him every other day. We got him on 2/22/2022 when he was a baby and he has grown tremendously. He’s an African Sideneck and the best looking turtle I’ve ever seen. He’s healthy and is thriving from this formula, he has a platform and proper lights. He’s very social, he splashes water to get our attention and seems to like when we talk to him.

Pond turtle have eaten Purina premium dry cat food. Had some concerns wondering if turtles were receiving correct nutrients. Ordered this food after reading reviews. Turtles went crazy. They’re 8″ to 14″ in size …… mass feeding frenzy. Obviously, the turtles love it. Also floats which is a requirement.

First of all, it’s not about what I like in this case, it’s about what the turtle likes and… he definitely likes it. Honestly, I’ve never seen a turtle move so fast as when these food pellets hit the tank. It’s gobble… gobble… munch… munch time! So there you have it. Good food that’s good for the pet as well. I would suggest this product to anyone with a hungry turtle. Bon Appétit!

Huge container pellets are a good size for my adult 6″ turtle 🐢 he loves these and he’s super healthy I only feed him this brand and watermelon for a treat. Lasts a good amount of time also. I was purchasing smaller pellets and x2 of the smaller container but if your turtle is an adult and larger this is way better.
