This was a nice addition to what we already had!! Our hermit crabs love all the things we have added from this kit. Very easy to use and understand instructions. Nice quality

I had read some of the reviews for this item…and some people did say that the habitat was very small. I thought that since my daughter only had one Hermit Crab, it would work. However, once she put 3 small dishes (one for fresh water/sponge, one for salt water, and one for food), 2 extra shells, and a small ‘hut’ into this habitat, there was no room for her Hermit Crab to move around!
There was also a decorated paper background which was supposed to go inside this habitat. This ‘background’ item was very flimsy and it was hard to get it to stay upright…it kept falling over! My daughter ended up just taking it out.
The other items in the kit were pretty nice…and she was able to use and enjoy those other items.
In the future, we will get a larger habitat.

Excelente, no soy veterinario ni experto pero dada la situación que mi hijo encontró un cangrejo y en editaba un hábitat, pedimos este kit más una pecera bastante grande de plástico el cangrejo tiene un espacio muy bueno para caminar escalar y comer, el tema del agua fresca y salada y los mini paquetitos que te envían te cierran a tener que pedir estos productos tos pero creo que si haces algo de investigación el agua lo puedes superar con elementos que uno consigue al día día y la comida rinde bastante. Muy recomendable dada mia circunstancias

The kit pictured/described is not what you get. I saw the kit I actually received instead of the one I ordered on other listings for half what I paid. I was happy to pay more because I thought I was getting the perfect kit For our needs. Unfortunately it was not as described or pictured. Very disappointed 10 year old. The kit listed is $30, the one I received was listed from several sellers for $15. Not sure if this is a switch and done on purpose, but buyer beware.

It’s pretty good I guess, although I’m not sold on the whole sand thing, I’m not so sure if it’s safe for crabs. Every thing else seems good. I had a lot of fun making up the Eco earth! I thought it wasn’t going to be enough because it kinda just was the size of a really thick table coaster, but no! It grew so much and it was a lot.
