I bought this for my mom. It worked fine for few weeks or just over a month. Suddenly stopped. No medicine. It just turns on and turns off quickly even after charging it for whole night. Very bad experience. Now I am looking for a solid machine not like this one.

I wrote to their customer service email address and got a response within one day. They shipped me a replacement right away and it is working great! Very happy customer, 5 Stars!!

Best customer service ever. I had an issue months after initial purchase and called to find out if I had any warranty options. I was surprised with a quick response and my nebulizer being promptly replaced at no cost to me, not even shipping. These people deserve 5 stars just for that. But I truly enjoy using this small, lightweight, and quiet mesh nebulizer purchased specifically for travel. It’s incredibly convenient, easy to use, and comes with everything you need for a quick start including easy to understand instructions. With this handy little mesh nebulizer, you can actually listen to the TV or conversations during your breathing treatments. I found that it delivered my medication just as well as my larger “at home” plug-in nebulizer. This one is rechargeable (no changing batteries, a big plus for me) and runs several sessions on one full charge. It has 2 settings for medication output. And the cleaning cycle is easy to use by holding the power button for 3 or 4 seconds until the nebulizer power button is encircled by multi-colored lights. Getting through TSA was an absolute breeze (Put nebulizer into a clear, zip lock type bag and show it to them for inspection, which for me is usually opening my carrying case and saying, “I’m traveling with a nebulizer.”)

We have been dealing with asthma for years now. It’s so hard to do breathing treatments with a busy life. This portable unit is great! It’s small, takes up little space, the flow is great. Treatments go quick. I can take it anywhere! It’s so quiet that my son can watch a tablet while doing a treatment. We travel to grandparents quite a bit, it will be so nice to be able to pop this into a back pack and go. The price was good and it’s easy to clean!

I wish I had bought 100 of the 1 generation model of this nebulizer. It lasted over a year before I dropped it and broke the hinges on the medicine cup. I actually but this one hoping the I could just swap out the cups and still use my old one but, no.
I have severe asthma and use a nebulizer about 2-6 times a day. I’ve also tried about all the mesh nebulizers and they all show their true colors quickly and have a fairly short lifespan. I always give two tries to get a good one so I bought two but returned them both before their 30 days were up.
Let’s start with the likes:
It’s quiet
The size is good and it’s lightweight
Had options for how fast the medicine was delivered and a clean mode.
If the battery is dead, it will still works if plugged in.
Rechargeable and lasts a long time but…
Now the bad:
Seriously!!! The flimsy silicone mouthpiece SUXS!!!
It vacillates between aerosolizing and spitting the medicine.
Wastes about half the medicine
Multiple speeds? If you’ve ever been had to actually use a nebulizer, no one wants to do it longer than they have to. Regardless, I tried all the speeds and they all aerosolized and wasted about the same amount of medicine.
The lithium battery starts failing after about 6 charges and eventually (<30 days) it'll just stops recharging
Not made in the USA

The actual item is the same length as my iPhone. Very small but powerful. It came with a usb cable to charge and also 2 AA batteries. I also receive an adult and child mask. The machine is soooo quiet no disturbance. Excellent product!
