The box is clearly opened before even though it is sold as a brand new product.
When testing the charger and rhe power bank, it just doesn’t chsrge at all. Have tried different cable and a different plug but looks like the power bank itself is defective.
Have lost the trust on Anker brand with this ourchase.

Iโve been looking to get this one for a while and got it eventually once it went on a discount. Itโs cute. I like that itโs using the MagSafe to allow accessibility while charging, I like that it comes with a long charging cable and that the plug and cable are themed to match the color of the charger. It charges fast too. A downside is that thereโs no indication when charging on the bottom charger. So when I place my EarPods, I constantly need to check that the light indicator on AirPods case is on. Otherwise, Iโd wake up in the morning and my AirPods are not charged.

I bought this to supplement my iphone 14 pro, as the battery life is not as good. This gives me about ~50% extra life and because of how slim it is, it is very easy to carry around and use on my phone. It works on magsafe, which saves the hassle of not having to use any wires.
You can recharge it with a wire or you can use the charging station.
It is also great to use it as a phone stand too (for video calls).
One thing that seems off is the wireless charging pad on the bottom. I have tried to use it to charge my airpods a few times and it ends up draining my airpods batteries rather than charging.

My only gripe is the angle that it holds the phone at. With a case attached, itโs unusable, but with the case off, it holds the phone well gets me through a whole day of use, and is slim enough to put the battery in a shirt pocket. The additional charge point on the base charges my AirPod case quickly. Thereโs no noticeable heat, the color is fantastic, the battery surface is very grippy. Very versatile piece for your Apple products

I did not think I was going to like this as much as I did. Expensive, but it was worth it for the features.
Pros:
– Nice stand. Can adjust the angle to fit your need.
– Wireless Charging.
– Convenience/ease of taking magsafe battery and charging on the go. If I need to charge I can just take the battery and attach it to my phone and then just return it later when I come back to bed.
Cons:
– Does not charge fast
– Battery pack does not charge from 0 – 100, but around 0 – 70 percent only. More than enough to get out the day though.
– Gets fairly warm while charging

While I do think itโs a bit overpriced, I canโt deny how valuable it is to basically not have to worry about battery life anymore.
The charging speed is average but itโs low profile and textured finish basically match the feel of my case, so it feels more like an additional grip than a cumbersome power bank.
Wish the neck was a bit longer though, itโs kinda awkward to position my AirPods on the charging pad.

I really like this stand, looks good, charge well, is compact and the fact that this is also a battery pack is just perfect.
Would recommend 100%!

The 10000 in the description has nothing to do with the capacity of the battery. A little bit misleading, but yeah, my bad.

The whole entire product bricked after acouple months of use. The battery wonโt charge and it wonโt hold a charge. Completely useless

The charger is extremely useful, being able to take the battery pack with you and having it support pass-through charging is amazing. It enables you to charge an iPhone essentially through USB-C so helps to limit the need for other cables if you’re packing light. The magnets are strong, but not so strong that they are difficult to remove, I usually twist the pack to remove it. However, I do run into the problem that sometimes when I go to remove the phone I pull the pack or the entire charger slightly off the desk / charging stand. Not a big deal, but something to note.
When you start charging your phone, the base lights up bright white. This is useful for knowing when you have made a successful connection, but also can be blinding in the middle of the night if you’re like me and wake up to make sure your phone was connected or have to reply to on-call alerts. Would be nice to be able to configure that with a switch or toggle, but not a deal breaker.
Don’t rely on the battery pack to charge a phone from empty to full, it’s not that type of device. The to-go battery pack is really more meant for giving you a little more boost on the go than being a full days worth of extension. I am worried that at some point the connection on the base to the battery pack may become less stable as it is only a contact point charger rather than sliding into a USB C connector, but only time will tell there.
My biggest complaint on this device is that it is very pricey. The features do come at a cost, I’m just not sure that it is worth it. If it goes on sale for 30-40% off, I would actually consider buying another, but at normal price I can’t justify it.

UPDATE 16 MARCH 2023:
The stand just broke this evening. I went to remove my phone from the charger and the battery holder broke off of the stand at the neck of the stand (photo attached). It seems this is a known issue with the stand. I contacted Anker customer support via the phone number on their website. Anker will be emailing me a pre-paid USPS shipping label to return the entire unit (stand, battery, cable, and charger) and then I will receive a replacement unit in 7-10 business days. I will provide another update once I receive the replacement. Overall this has been a great charger and stand, but for it to fail in a little over a year and cost over $120 is major issue. Also, the base of the charging pad isn’t great for AirPod charging, I’m not sure if it is an issue with the case I am using or the charging pad footprint is too small but I am constantly having to adjust how the AirPod case is sitting on the base to stop it from blinking at me that there is a charging error.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I love all of my Anker brand purchases and this charging stand might be the best item I’ve bought from them yet. The strength of the magnet solidly snaps and holds my phone to the stand, even using a compatible phone case. I work from home and this charging stand allows me to easily interact with my phone, since it sits up at a nice adjustable angle off the desk, and keep it (and my AirPod Pros) charged throughout the day. Between this charging stand and my flat wireless charger on my nightstand I think I’ve physically only plugged my phone in a handful of times. I still haven’t bothered with a wireless car charger, some REALLY bad potholes out here that I don’t think even this strong of a magnet could handle.
I highly recommend this charging stand if you have a compatible phone and earbuds!
