I’ve had these since December 2019 and I still love them. There’s so much I like about these headphones, but i’ll start with the flaws.

The comfort of these is somewhat of an issue for me. After having them in a while they can be a little painful. However, I don’t feel it every time I wear them and the pain isn’t much more than a nuisance. They come with 3 additional sizes of ear fittings. I still have the ones that they came with on, so maybe that could ease the pain.

Waterproof vs. Water resistant:
These headphones are only IP4 rated which means they are water resistant to “splashes of water.” I wish apple had made them more protectant against water/sweat, because I sweat a lot when i’m wearing these. I haven’t noticed any issues because of it, but I am always thinking about it.

A lot of reviews mention the size of the case as an issue. The case is a little bulky to put in your pocket but it’s not that big of a deal for me. Everything else about these is worth the case size.

The main reason I purchased these was the over-the-ear design. I wanted something that would stay in my ear no matter how intense the exercise. They have held up to that. Whether it’s jumping rope, slamming a medicine ball, or doing the battle ropes, these won’t budge.

The battery life is amazing. I never wear them for more than 2 or 3 hours at a time, but the battery never seems to go below 70%. They charge in the case too, so its never something i have to worry about. On top of that, the case charges very fast too.

The sound quality is good. I’m no audio snob, but music comes through with a rich, clear sound.

The bluetooth pairing is flawless as well. Once you initially pair them with your phone, they will connect automatically upon taking them out of the case every time.

They work independently of each other so you can have only one in at a time.

The case uses the same lighting cable that all apple devices use to charge, and one is included in the box.
They come with a set of ear fittings on the headphones plus three additional sizes, so you’re getting a total of 4 ear fittings.

In my opinion, these are definitely worth the price. I got them on a black friday special, but I would still pay the full price for them. They’re great for all kinds of exercise, flights, or even just going to the store.

Found my Beats on here on sale for $149 to replace my Skull Candy earbuds and it turned out to be one of the Top 5 best decisions I have ever made in my 42 years on this Earth! I use my earbuds for the gym having switched from over the ears a while back. One problem I had was that I have really low ear holes, one ear is lower than the other and my ear canals are two to three different sizes depending on my mood. I found the Skull Candy buds on sale for $25 on Black Friday and figured I would give them a whirl. While not the worst mistake I have ever made for my aural capabilities but it definitely make the Top 25 on my personal Billboard charts. They were awkward, had stiff buttons, the sound was like that of a mocking jay whistling into a tin can and the various sizes of earplugs were not really fitting into my ear holes despite the many, many combinations I tried. They also kept falling out and I am here to tell you that trying to catch an ear pod while doing 7 MPH on an elliptical machine is ill advised and can, and has, resulted in bruised shins and egos. Not so with these wonderous and wonderful set of ear pods.
From the very first time I opened the clamshell case and slid the sleek and beautiful design into my ear I was hooked like a starving fish on Sunday. The fit was extraordinary as was the ability to adjust the ear wrap. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better I sync’d them to my iPhone and fired these bad boys up. Low and behold, once the Ice Cube started blaring into my ear holes I was amazed at how crystal clear he sounded and it was at that exact moment that, based on what I was now hearing in true symphonic clarity, that he was indeed the song bird of our generation.

Once in the gym I decided to put them through the paces and see how the ear wraps kept these boom boxes attached to my skull. 8 MPH on the elliptical…BOOM! Situps…BAM! Burpees…I don’t do those but I assume they would have stayed snug as a bug in a carpet if I did. All around great gym buds with zero slippage even when I shook my head vigorously from side to side. Despite the splitting headache I got from the shaking of the noggin I am still wholly impressed and absolutely over the moon for these earbuds. I would completely and with great fervor recommend these to any one from the gym rat to the person who wants to ignore the annoying co-worker in the cubicle next to them. Treat yourself. Buy them. Your soul and ears deserve it!!!
