I’ve had a series of fitbits forever, and this is my seventh, and I was always getting the cheapest possible, and this time I decided to splurge for the heart beat monitor instead of the plain Inspire.
I still hate wearing things on my wrist, but with the added utility, I’m doing all right with it. And it is far handier for figuring out the time by just raising my wrist and it automatically showing me the time.

I like the fit bit. The only issue I have, is that I have to charge it every week. when I had my fit bit one, I only needed to charge it every 2-3 weeks. sometimes my calender alerts continually go off on my fit bit…not sure why?? Otherwise I think it works great, I like that it measures my heartbeat and my levels of sleep without having to tell it I’m sleeping! I like that I can get alerts to my messages and phone calls on the band itself! This way I don’t feel the need to have my phone on me 24/7!

I upgraded this from the basic Fitbit flex two and Iโve been very pleased with it. Iโve been comparing the heart rate with my Apple Watch as well as a heart rate monitor for my spin bike in there thatโs far very accurate. Calorie burn is a little on the low side but thatโs no biggie. Also the step accuracy is point on..
The only thing I really wish the app would allow me to do is to enter in my workouts. I do a lot of weight training and the app does not have this as a category-Also the calorie estimations are extremely low
Other than that I really like the Fitbit. Itโs durable and I also really enjoyed the sleep analysis feature (although I think itโs a little price! $9.99/mo!)

We purchased two refurbished fitbits and they seem to be working like new. Lots of useful data on the app

My Fitbit inspire HR had two defects within the first six months. The band broke within 3 months and they wouldnโt replace it (no good explanation). So I purchased new bands. Then the watch casing broke after 6 mths. so it would no longer hold the band. I called Fitbit as the warranty is good for 1 year. They would not cover it because even though I purchased through Amazon the retailer who sold it is not covered. How would someone know that? There is no information to that affect available. He couldnโt answer that. So I am done with their product.

I am happy with this product as it is just the size I was looking for.

At first the tracker worked great. I liked the function on the side to see the data. Now for the bad part, I exercise, golf and generally working in the yard. The tracker stopped working every time I would sweat. Beating on it would not do anything.
Even if I took it off my wrist and dried the band and my wrist. That’s what happened to my Fit bit Lux. It just stopped working. So I tried the Fitbit Inspire, same thing. I’m really disappointed.

Loved it at first. Now, a simple 3 months after purchasing, the battery barely holds a charge. Absolutely ridiculous.
