We do travel quiet a bit and one of the things we love doing is record our whereabouts. This product was going to be fantastic as it would make it easy for us to walk and record front and back sceneries. It took us a while to figure out from setting up and downloading the app on the computer etc.. then once all done and said, there is a learning curve and the chip is not big enough to store recordings for the size of the recordings we do.
This is nice for little tasks and does require some setting up first. Patience!

Initially device worked great, I could take on walks and post to visor while driving. Charge time was long. Compatibility was iffy. But I noticed I could retrieve video from device of its memory card in last week. I have contacted manufacturer and not heard back. I would not purchase again.
Customer service is saying i never contacted them… The link is in their Help tab… Joy needs another position. not service!!!

As a professional cameraman, I own a myriad of devices capable of taking pictures and recording video, from cinema level, down to the action-cam style.
What caught my eye regarding this camera, is a niche that I didn’t have a camera for. Something that I often find a need. We can call this the “body cam” category.
This means something no-nonsense that you can just clip on to your chest and hit record. Very useful in security settings, when you need proof of an interaction. I have to say the quality of this cam sure beats any government or police camera I’ve seen, maybe they should buy some of these!
There’s no settings really, you just switch it to photo or video and it just records. Very useful if you need to switch it on at a moments notice.
Another idea I had was clipping it to my pet’s collar and seeing where it goes and what it does! Careful you don’t lose it, or get it caught on something. My pet doesn’t have a collar, so I couldn’t test that.
You could also put this on a selfie stick and fake some drone-like shot, or get to areas high you couldn’t normally see. Clip it to your car’s visor and have a quick instant-on camera in case a UFO crashes in front of you. The possibilities are endless.
All in all, a fun camera to play around with, or even use for serious security related circumstances.

At first after receiving this camera. Even though it said 1080p I was betting that it will be a hazy 480p with bland color video reproduction that came with cell phone cameras of the early 2010s. Boy was I wrong. First off the camera is pocket size. It has snapshot mode, video or audio recording, reset button, usb charging port, micro SD card slot, front and back pocket clip on each side and a 64 GB micro SD card. Also came with a usb charging cord. It came with instructions and set up. Now back to the video review. I am impressed with the video recording of this device. It shoots video in my opinion of about 20fps to 30fps. Pretty good frame rate for this size camera. Also the color reproduction is true to color. I can compare this camera video recording to a Samsung camera from a budget to a mid level phone. Now for why the 4 star rating. Even though the video is nice crisp and clear and true to color. There is some small area of warping or fisheye effect when you pan left or right. But if your shooting a video with just some straight shots no problem at all. The camera lens cover is dome shaped. So I guess this was intentional. To have some small degree of fisheye effect. Because most action camera has this curve on their lenses. As for the flexibility of this pocket camera. It has a number of uses. Use it to record lectures. Use it to go hands free when you go on vacation to record where you go without using your cell phone. Use it as a portable dash cam. Use it as an action cam. Also good protection to record where you go if your alone. This is a very versatile camera. I will be using this when I go on vacation in Vegas in June.

EDIT: The video quality is better than the video shows. It looks like Amazon lowers the quality, probably to make the file smaller.
I like this camera. It’s VERY small and discreet. With some other body cameras it’s very obvious that you are wearing it and recording. Thats not the case with this one – especially if you are wearing black. But, the best thing about it is the video quality. It’s full 1080p and it’s really good. It has a Sony sensor in it and you can really tell. Audio is good, the clips are solid. The clip on the back of the camera can be removed if you want. I’m really happy with it!
