Use these on integrated cameras in vehicles and they work well. They last long in extremely hot/cold temps, and they hold up integrity extremely well. 16GB is the max that we can use for the capture on the particular units we use, but for the price, they are well worth it!

My take – it is all good so far!
Details: card is made in Japan, it is class 4 (which translates into 4 megabytes per second transfer rate), works well with
Canon VIXIA HF100
. For now, it is the most spacious card I could find, and it is reasonably priced per megabyte. Although, I am sure, I will be laughing at myself spending that kind of money on this capacity couple years down the row… Price to pay for progress of technology – complimentary obsolescence. I hope it is fast enough to keep up with the future models of camcorders and higher recording bandwith. Right now
Canon VIXIA HF100
and its cousin HF10 max out at 17 MB/s, and that is before AVCHD compression kicks in. Next generation of camcorders will top out at 24 MB/s, – HF11 is already announced in Japan. So hoping that Class 4 will be good enough for next wave, although I might skip generation or two till manufacturers make more significant improvements that would affect my workflow. Now I need to update my computer (MacBook) to speed up conversions of AVCHD files… Demanding peripherals will drive computer hardware sales and vice versa. Never ending cycle! So time to start gathering my pennies and venture over to Apple Store.

I ordered these to use in game cameras. One thing that I liked about these SD’s is the blank white area on each SD. This allows me to write the camera number on the SD. So far so good. No issues. Works as advertised. Plan to purchase more in the future.

I was having trouble with my canon, I end up ordering different type of sd card and still wouldn’t let me take photos. I search this specific sd card, since it was the only one in the camera, and decided to order this one. Finally got the camera to work again

Works, is quick copying files off of to my PC’s, no way to know about longevity yet, hopefully it lasts a while, as I have had nothing but problems with sandisk cards… So I bought the PNY one this time.
I’ve used PNY memory products before and have never had a problem, so I don’t expect to have an issue.
Needed something for my new Sony HD camcorder that actually uses an SD slot in addition to their proprietary sony cards, and since I have a macbook pro, i could just pull the card from the camera and put it right in the computer. So far it works great in both, no issues.
At a low 9M quality of HD recording, a 25 minute clip ran just under 2GB, so I’ll have over 7.5 hours at this rate, which, despite being the second lowest of the four choices for 1080 recording, is amazing on my HDTV.
