For the most part this is a great motherboard, and it **** well better be at a $600 price point. Tons of thunderbolt, usb-c,usb 3 ports, wired antenna (though they switched to a much easier to use wifi antenna on the model immediately after this), great XMP support, same Asus bios as expected, Armory Crate and AI Suite are great (though for some reason AI Suite doens’t work when Memory Protection is turned on), TPM support, 4 NVME connectors but that’s where things start to suck.
The only PCIE5 NVME slots “on” this board are actually on the PCIE expansion card, which is a complete waste for anyone who intends to use anything besides a GPU given there are only two PCIE slots.
I cannot stress this enough – if you have any intention of using the onboard Intel Bluetooth adapter, you have to use the wifi antenna provided. The bluetooth adapter is absolute garbage without it. It took 3 hours of trying to understand why the connection was barely functional compared to a USB adapter with no antenna and thats why. Antenna is not optional.
This motherboard will also cause tons of kernel crashes and other hardware IRQ issues until you finally install all the drivers and Windows updates, so good luck with that.

Had an issue with the first one i bought, kept getting a d6 error, ive tried 2 confirmed working graphics cards to make sure it was the mobo and not the cards . And i returned it and they gave me a good one and now it works great 👍🏻

Actualización 09|10|2024: Pues al parecer no era tnato el procesador sino también la bendita MB. gracias a 2 updates de firmware que sacaron hace poco dje de tener un poco de PC en mis BSOD’s, pero siguen los temas de que no me carga la interfaaz den armourycrate referente a la bendita MOBO.. Lo demás de ASUS si lo carga no le deseo mal a nadie pero feliz 10 de mayo ASUS…
Actualización 27/09/2024: Llegó la MB y en usó aparente está bien el problema es el 14900k de intel, el dilema de la mb por el momento es el Armoury Crate porque tiene la opcion de separar y sacar el audio por todos los diferentes dispositivos que tengas conecatados pero mientras el sw este funcionando bien lo puedes gestionar peeeero si no carga la bendita interfaz de 3 pesos de la aplicación para poder ir a la sección del studio de audio: ripperino con ripperoni
Actualización: Si me hizo Amazon el reembolso así que por supuesto ya la recompré estaré actualizando de nuevo ya que llegué la nueva tarjeta madre y por supuesto este todo bien.

Y bueno me paso como al compañero de los estados unidos que venía con pines doblados ya la envié en devolución a amazon y estoy esperando que me den solución; arranco la primera vez y se apagó inmediatamente sin ningún pitido ni código de error, después de eso si encendía y se mantenía y funcionaban las RAM, AIO, Ventiladores en resumen la mayoría de los componentes excepto los USB, video integrado y tampoco reconoció Tarjeta gráfica discreta no puedo decir si reconocía el SSD por lo mismo, al realizar los pasos de diagnóstico del mismo fabricante me encuentro con la sorpresa de los pines del socket que honestamente cometí el error de no revisar desde que me llego y aun mirando la experiencia de a quién menciono con su review aquí mismo porque no creí que me fuera a suceder algo así pero pues esperemos que amazon sea razonable y me envié ya sea un reemplazo o me devuelva el dinero para recomprarla porque la verdad no quiero otra Motherboard que no sea ASUS ROG evidentemente soy fan y me gusta la presentación y la marca.

No e podido instalar Win11 por qué no puedo activar el arranque seguro, ese problema se repite mucho en los equipos Asus, pero en esta MB nada más no puedo activarlo.

Really quick had an issuse with Dell and they resolved the issue no questions asked no hair pulling, no charges, just a company doing the right thing for it’s customers. This is how it should have gone…..
Out of my 8 years in customer service I can safely say this was by far the worst, most frustrating, lie filled experience I’ve ever had with any company. Let alone the fact that this is a major “industry leading” company in the tech sector. I bought a brand new motherboard that was less than 7 months old on the consumer market. Not even 4 months after having this motherboard it literally has been giving me nonstop problems. I’m assuming that after paying for one of ASUS brand new motherboard it’s either, this is covered under warranty or this is covered under my warranty. I built my own PC so i dont really ask for help unless theres a serious issue. (This was my second call) First, i was told to do a series of steps that I’ve already done myself but the first dude already had me do so that was literallty no help. Ontop of that she wasn’t speaking clearly and was getting agitated with me through adding insane staccato with her pronunciation? Made no sense why i was trying to keep her calm. Then after i did the pointless stuff she told me to try a different LAN Port when my motherboard only has ONE. They ASKED for the make and Model at the beginning. Their own employees dont even know what they are doing. Moving on, even though it’s covered I was told that to get new motherboard could take anywhere up to 3-4 weeks??? Those weren’t the words they used of course. They fluff it with sweetness saying only 7-10 business days. Okay well right there that’s 1-2 weeks ontop of shipping it to them (you pay for) which can take anywhere 5-7 business days and then sending it back. So another 5-7 business days, totaling around 3-4 weeks. How is this possible? I don’t understand because as soon as I was told this I went on Amazon and I told them I could just get another shipped to my house overnight. They said they “understand my concern” ….. They told me they were out of stock originally. (If this is the case then there’s a bigger issuse with the company’s supply chain management) So I asked to get someone else on the phone so my issues could get resolved within a timely manner. Not WITHIN A MONTH. When I was transferred. The new dude was a piece of ART, somebody give this man an Oscar for lying to your face hours because that acting was phenomenal. Once we go through the same things the last person had me go through (no clue why if they are communicating with each other) we got to the point where he told me the same thing. I said this just won’t work and I need to be escalated to the next person. I sat on the phone asking this man to transfer me when the only answer I would get was I understand your concern. Obviously you dont because I wanted to speak to someone else. and ab 10 min in he slips and says “if I transfer you” and this royal pissed me off because that means he was lying to me at some point. After this is when the battle happened. For the next 2 hours I was on the phone with the same dude pleading him to give me someone else because in customer service (like I did may times) if someone isn’t happy with the experience you give them. GIVE THE CUSTOMER TO ANOTHER PERSON. We’ll about an hour in this man literally started saying to me “No. No you will talk to me.” Finally, by the grace of God and by me being a paying customer (more so God, they dont care about you clearly) I get him to transfer me. The heaven horns ringing, hallelujah, im seen as a customer! 5 Mins go by. The new guy says “Okay so like I told you 15 mins ago”….. Same guy.. ANOTHER LIE. What the F. Am i dirt!? This is how you treat your customers!! At this point I’m done. 3 hours now on the phone, I can’t get any help. THEY WANT TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR A NEW MOTHERBOARD and it will still be 3-4 weeks for the one under warranty to be replaced….. Well at the end of it all through my yelling and bickering he finally told me that he was going to tell management (the people I wanted to talk to but he wouldn’t let me because they didn’t have a phone number or email, words out of this guy’s mouth) that they would escalate my issue and cover the holding charges. THIS should have been the first thing this guy told me! But whatever I finally am getting closer to being treated like a real customer. I was told they will call me and send a follow up email. Never got the phone call but what I did get was an email. And yes your right, he lied about everything. not only did this email bring me all the way back to step one but they want to charge me again!!! Nobody communicated with one another at this company and if they did I’m somehow on a blacklist for customer service because all I wanted was to be treated like customer. Abysmal service, I truly mean this. I don’t write bad review because i feel like they hurt more than they help. But i could not allow this to go unnoticed. Imagine a 385 billion dollar company treating you like this….. They have the money. They just could care less about you. If anyone is considering buying ASUS product. ⚠️HEAR MY WARNINGS ⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. THE BATTLES ARE LONG FOUGHT AND THEY WILL NOT BUDGE. DO NOT BUY ASUS. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU ⚠️ And to anyone that has had similar experience, your trauma is recognized and it is shared. The scar marks this company leaves behind on its consumer grows ever bigger. Let these scars be a message to anyone that dares to cross phone lines with this terrible company.

Bought this to build a new computer system for an upgrade. It was a little weird due to all the connection being on the backside of the computer motherboard. After the build was completed, wiring wasn’t even visible on the front for a really neat look. If you like a nice clean look, I recommend this board, but the price is really high especially if you buy the ASUS Hyperion GR701 BTF case that goes with this motherboard.
