Although I did not purchase this item on Amazon I wanted everyone to know it is awful. My first one blew through $100 toner in a week, so Dell replaced it although the second one did not work any better. The biggest problem is when the toner is out the scanning and faxing functions no longer work. After wasting much time with Dell service I gave up and bought a different brand printer.

You are buying a semi/new/semi used printer at over $500.00 with S/H and when returned you get back $300 or so. Here is my review: No Warranty, Unable to even register, Software is blocked by Dell, Will not Load, Don’t waste $200 on a mistake. The advertisement fails to tell you that the drivers are now blocked by Dell. The advertisement fails to point out that you cannot reach out to Dell due to the numbers on the printer’s being “red flagged”.
Don’t waste money time and effort again… take the kick in the wallet and move along.

We are not pleased. It is not compatible with Verizon Wireless, so we can not use the fax. It also costs more to send back than we paid for it. What a rip-off!
