It arrived in a ragged state like it was bashed through rain all torn, the box was safe but the motherboard itself has NO screws, WRONG retention clip and not fitting the description at all, a bunch of the slots are loose, and it might be secondhand at a high degree… Horrible experience

First I would never recommend this horrible brand to anyone. I got the product and waited until I had all my parts and time to put this together. Low and behold it doesn’t work. After troubleshooting everything under the sun and trying different parts from a friends build, it’s the motherboard that’s faulty. So I contact them (don’t use the call back feature, it will just re-que you after you answer) and they tell me it’s out of warranty because I started my build 2 months after the purchase date. I then tell them I have never had this computer turn on and that every part is brand new out of the box. They then re-check my warranty and tell me I am actually good. From there they tell me I can send it back in, BUT I have to cover those costs. I have already paid shipping once, I should NOT have to cover it again for their poor quality. So they walk me through that I can send in an invoice and ask them to reimburse me, I have doubts they will. They next thing they tell me is they will determine if it is to be fixed or replaced…..I don’t want it fixed, it never worked to begin with. I want a flat out replacement! This company is clearly awful with customers and cares little to try and keep you. One of the worst products and customer service I have ever received.

built a system with AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, G.SKILL Flare X5 DDR5 32GB. No OC. it ran very well for months until I upgraded BIOS to ver F21a last month and Gigabyte Control Center. GCC was not able to use at all (program existed without any indication after execution)
Got various intermittent windows crashes (memory, IRQ, etc) then I went to gigabyte website and found BIOS ver F21a is removed, F22a is latest. Also a new GCC released on Jan 2024.
Upgraded both, system looks stable again.
btw, make sure you downloaded the right BIOS version. this board has several versions itself which don’t have same BIOS.

Very nice motherboard. One downside is Gigabyte has decided to not include a printed manual. Really Gigabyte? This not a bargain basement motherboard. Anyway, that aside, it is a remarkably high quality mobo and I had no issues flashing the BIOS or using it with a Ryzen7 7700X out of the box. Thick and durable PCB. Nice design. Covered in a large number of high speed USB ports which is a huge bonus that other mobo makers seem to not put much emphasis on. The on-board audio and Ethernet LAN are being used and there are zero issues with either. Great quality all around, I would use this mobo again. It is the perfect balance for price and features and has extremely good reviews on review websites and YT.

This won’t even turn on, let alone boot. It’s the first time I’ve used a Gigabyte motherboard, and never again. At first, I thought it was a power supply fault, but it tested fine. I then spent two days going over my connections and testing the case switches, fan and LED headers. Don’t buy this motherboard, buy any other brand but this.

Bonne carte.

Have had no issues, besides my computer did crash 1-2x past year. Not sure if it was the board’s fault or not though. Good instructions on installing components. Make sure to put your graphics card on the PCIE 5.0 thermal-coated slot for slightly better heating, if you have space within your case. I noticed very late about that slot as it has 2 GPU/PCIE slots and I just navigated toward the other one.
side notes:
– Bios can feel choppy/laggy, but its the bios so doesn’t really matter.
– If you’re having issues make sure to go to gigabyte and update your bios if its in an older version. They have had a lot of bios updates and also there are 3 revisions of this board and it will say on the motherboard or your manual.
Other than that am pleased with what I got, good bang for buck and has all latest known features you need.

ย Pesa como 2kilos, la uso con corsair dominator y un R5 7600x, se actualiza sola el bios y es muy amable en eso, la recomiendo

i got this MB used, and took a gamble, and i think mine was a solid buy. granted the memory learning does take a long time, but i was able to use 4 sticks (4x16GB) of 6000MHz CL30 Ram. and it is on AMD EXPO. It did take a solid minute or two to post the first time, but I have seen it is a common thing on AM5. i paired it with a ryzen 5 7500F from ali express, and it has been solid. paired with a 4070 Super. this has been solid, and i think i should be good for a while. waiting for the 9800X3D to pair it with this.
