Bought this to replace a long used Blue Star. Love the French doors and easy range top cleaning. Have only had for less then a month but bake and cook frequently. Slide out racks are great and burners go from 20k BTU to 1k, all 5 of them (we bought 30″ range). We were missing a piece in shipment and customer service was responsive and part sent immediately. Very happy with it thus far. Was delivered 20 days early and thus far have cooked everything from stew and roast to cheesecake and cookies. Have not tried the rotisserie or air fryer so cannot comment. The convection fan is quiet compared to my old range and the unit seems well made. I know there have been complaints about the knobs getting hot but this must have been rectified as it is not a problem with ours. Nice range.
