Iโve been using the Eureka Whirlwind Vacuum Cleaner for a while now, and I have to say, Iโm really pleased with its overall performance. Iโve actually bought two of these because theyโre so reliable and compact. The vacuum is small, easy to store, and ideal for smaller spaces or those who donโt want to lug around a heavy machine.
Despite its compact size, the Eureka Whirlwind delivers great suction power, making it efficient at picking up dirt, dust, and debris. It has good maneuverability. The canister is generously sized and super easy to empty and clean, which saves me time during and after vacuuming sessions.
I also appreciate the length of the cord and hose. Both are long enough to reach across rooms without needing to constantly switch outlets or move the vacuum around, which is a major plus. The floor attachment is also great and works well on multiple surfaces.
That said, there are a few minor drawbacks. The vacuum comes with too few accessories, and thereโs no fine nozzle for getting into narrow spaces, which would have been a nice addition. While the attached brush at the end of the hose is practical initially, it has worn out quite quickly, and unfortunately, itโs not replaceable.
However, considering its affordable price, compact size, and powerful performance, I still highly recommend this vacuum, especially if youโre looking for something practical, efficient, and space-saving.

When I bought this I already owned three other vacuum cleaners. I had recently downsized into a townhouse with hardwood and tile throughout, and I needed something light and agile that I could use easily and quickly. I’m old and I’m tired of pushing around massive machines to do minor jobs. The Eureka is perfect for my purposes. Using it is not an ordeal, so it’s used more often and the floors stay dust free. It’s also great for cleaning blinds and window treatments. It’s simple to operate, easy to empty and convenient to store, Just a pleasure to use, which is something I never thought I’d say about a vacuum cleaner.

I like that it is cute and lightweight. As folks said…cord isn’t very long. It does have huge suction. Too much suction for my smaller area rugs…sucked them right off the floor!!!! So this vacuum is for heavy rugs or carpeting. Worked fine on tile floor. Bad news…per instructions…suggest wash filter after every use…was kind of a hassle figuring that one out…and it has to dry 24 hours or until completely dry before using again. It arrived last night and I used it this morning for a trial run…so…the verdict is out because I think I’ll get used to its nuances. Thanks

Muy buena, ligera, potente. Parece un poco frรกgil pero hasta ahora no se le ha roto nada. EL cepillito azul que trae en la punta de la manguera es muy รบtil para sacudir cosas con mucho polvo. El accesorio para el pelo de mascotas es muy bueno. Me costo un poco adaptarme al estilo americano de esta buena mรกquina, viniendo de varios aรฑos de trabajar con electrolux. La recomiendo aunque me preocupa la cuestiรณn de los filtros de respuesto.

This thing is awesome for the price. Picks up debris the Dyson left behind. Super light and quick to use. Rolls quickly on my hardwoods to clean up hair, grass and crumbs. The retractable cord is awesome and I will never go back to winding up cords. This is small and easy enough that I make my kids use it to clean up too. It isnโt great on carpet, but great for hardwoods, tile, LVT and using the wand up high. There are plenty of attachments to reach really high. I love that it has plenty of suction power and doesnโt die after a few minutes. The tank is large and picks up so much dirt!

Tenemos un par de meses con una nueva mascota, adoptamos un Pastor Alemรกn y por mรกs que lo cepillamos, los pelos volaban por todos lados. No bastaba barrer y trapear dos o tres veces por dรญa, habรญa pelos hasta en la sopa (o casi). Decidรญ hacer la compra de esta aspiradora luego de ver videos y comentarios comparando aspiradoras. Mi intenciรณn inicial era comprar una inalรกmbrica, pero viendo las reseรฑas, supe que la potencia de una aspiradora inalรกmbrica de un precio similar serรญa muy poca y que comprar una aspiradora inalรกmbrica que igualara a esta serรญa triplicar el precio o mรกs. Comparando precio-calidad, nos decidimos por esta a pesar del cable. Una vez que llegรณ, nos sorprendiรณ que el cable apenas y se nota. Es suficientemente largo para aspirar una habitaciรณn o dos sin problema. Ademรกs es retractil con solo apretar un botรณn, por lo que una vez que se ha terminado de usar no hay ningรบn cable a la vista. Tiene muchas opciones de uso diferente, para aspirar sillones y textiles, para aspirar con boquilla y para aspirar el suelo o la alfombra. La hemos usado practicamente cada tercer dรญa y en mi casa no hay rastro de pelos de perro. Mi perro es el mรกs feliz porque ahora no hay restricciones en cuanto a espacios o muebles a los que no se debe acercar. Sin duda ha sido una buena compra, pero la mejor parte es que mis hijos pequeรฑos (de 8 y 9) la pueden usar. I have been looking for about a year for another vacuum cleaner. I have a very nice Hoover Windtunnel upright and it does a great job, but I bought it when I had carpeting throughout the house. Since hardwood floors arrived and I only have one bedroom with carpet (keeps the noise down) it is not as enjoyable to vacuum the entire house with a larger and heavier vacuum.
So my search finally decided on the Eureka NEN110A Whirlwind Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner and I am glad I did. It arrived yesterday after ordering it only Friday, thanks Amazon. Needless to say, I had to take it for a spin. Here is what I can report for the newly arrived.
1. It is pretty. Yes, pretty; I don’t like ugly appliances. All the bells and whistles are great, but if the unit is ugly, then I don’t want it. You know what I am talking about, you seen other vacuum cleaners that look like they jumped out of a 1950 sci-fi movie. Hello, the commercial vacuum that is short, round and has eye’s painted on it, or the Shark Apex or the Shark DuoClean Powered Lift Away Speed Vacuum that looks like a tower that could easily fall over, or almost all Oreck. Oh yes, I know this may step on a toe or toe, but sometimes the truth is ugly and hey, this is my review. But this unit is good looking, racey, futuristic even, and I love the color blue they made it in.
2. Power – plenty of suction power. As a matter of fact I had to adjust back the vacuum power using the handy built in suction adjustment on the hand. No problem with suction power.
3. Ease of use – this is were it really shines. It is around 8 pounds so it is quick and easy to maneuver all over the house. Easy to get down under furniture as the head swivels around, turning and twisting your floors clean. The dust cup is small, but so is the vacuum cleaner, but it is easy to pop out and dump, snap closed and your ready to go. I hate when people whine about having to empty the canister so often, seriously, why do you want to leave all that dirt in the vacuum for days. It even easily rolls over its own power cord. My Kenmore canister that weighed over 20 pounds couldn’t even roll over its own cord, it would get stuck and I would have to lift it.
4. The built into the wand brush and crevice tool worked really well also. The wand, the handles plug securely into each other and the vacuum with a nice little snap. Easy to undo also. The auto-rewind on the unit is great too, a nice feature at this price point. The power cord is 16 feet, but if it was possible to have another five feet would be awesome, but I am not complaining, I just unplug and move to another area and plug into a different outlet that is closer to the work area, after all our houses come with multiple outlets.
5. Lifespan, this is always the unknown, but the unit has a one year manufacturer warranty and I purchased 3 more years under the Assurance plan. So I feel I am covered. Time will tell and I’ll update these comments if something goes wrong and also if the unit keeps working just fine.
