We love this vacuum! The suction is great, the attachments are useful, and the bags actually do last 2 months. Also the color is very cute! 10/10

Bought this after much research as a (hopefully) more durable alternative to the Sharks I had been loyal to for years.
The size, maneuverability, and anti-hair wrap features are all comparable to the Shark lift-away models. The suction on the head is a bit better, the cord length is 5 ft. longer and I am loving that it is bagged. This not only cuts down on dust and stuff in the house (my daughter has asthma), but also, hopefully, wear and tear on the filters and motor. I also notice that the beater bar in the head seems to work better: the carpet pile is more evenly pulled up and un matted after just one pass, which is awesome. Works great on hard floors as well.
I do wish the power button was on the handle of the machine and not the body, but this was a problem i also had with my Sharks. I also will be a bit sad to not see how much dirt I get out of the carpet each time, but the tradeoff in cleanliness is totally worth it.
It does suck up my washable rugs, even adjusting the suction level, but we have a small stick vacuum that isn’t as powerful I usually use on those anyway, so it’s a non-issue for me.
Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase, and hope this ends the cycle of needing a new vacuum about every other year for my birthday.

After trying bagless vacuums and having them wear out quick, I decided to go back to bag ones. And I have to say, I’m never going back! The suction is so much better, the cleanup is so much easier!
It’s a bit difficult to figure out how to change the bags at first, but it is very secure so it is worth it. The vacuum itself is lightweight, making cleaning so much easier.
Fantastic little power house!

This vacuum works great. Has great suction and the cord reaches a good distance. I can almost do my whole main floor of my 1500 sq foot house. It is a little loud but that is its only draw back. Not enough to knock it down a star either.

Hey, I’m not a clean freak, so when I say I can’t stop vacuuming, you should listen! I keep going, not because I need to vacuum more, I WANT to vacuum more! I WANT to see each rug in my home (just vacuumed yesterday) look even cleaner than it was. Cleaner than it has looked in Months!
I love a great purchase and I love seeing the fruits of my labors.
This vacuum is fantastic!
If you want to keep reading:
I have been using a Shark stick type vacuum for 8 years or so – loved how light it was, how maneuverable, etc. We took fairly good care of it, replacing filters and cleaning it regularly.
It started intermittently not spinning the brushes and getting a short in the cord. Since we liked it, we tried getting it repaired, rather than buying new. So I found myself speaking to a vacuum expert for the first time in my life. The vacuum was out of date, needed a part no longer in production, so I was forced to hunt down a new vacuum. Back to the vacuum professional – he explained that ALL BAGLESS vacuums have an inherent flaw that causes them to fail so much faster than bagged vacuums – I may not be explaining this perfectly – but basically the dirt has to travel through parts of the engine in a canister/Bagless- where as in a bagged model the dirt is caught before those motor parts. Imagine a precise motor constantly inundated with the dirt that you are vacuuming up! Yuck, and no wonder we all are buying vacuums over and over! Yet – grandma – has been using the same vacuum since 1979! (Because she has a BAGGED vacuum!) Makes sense now, right?!
Soooooo…. while the idea of going back to a bag made me queasy (I’m terrible at keeping consumable type items stocked – so I envisioned a day, where I needed a new bag, not having one, and having to wait 3+ days until they were delivered. Not ideal.) After reading the previous reviews here, and now understanding why bagged is better, and with this very affordable price…. I pulled the trigger on buying this one, and I’m glad I did!!
I’m only on day 2, so I will update if I change my mind – but so far I am soooo impressed!
My favorite details so far:
Light weight
Very maneuverable
Narrow head (some might consider that a Con- but it let’s me get into spots my old one couldnt!)
Low profile head that easily gets under things.
The suction control vent!!
The bag status/fullness indicator! (Will give me warning when I need to make sure to have a new bag on hand soon!)
THE SUCTION!! WOW!!
10/10

I’ve had cheaper vacuums since going into adulthood and swapping to this vacuum is a game changer. It sucks everything up well, including cat litter (which my old vacuum sucked at). The pet hair eliminator works amazingly well too. And its pink!!!

We have a Kenmore cannister vacuum, which I love. Great suction, good filters, good paper bag, nice light on the head. However, it is about 20 years old, the hose is held together with duct tape, and it is quite heavy for me to lug up stairs to the second floor. I bought this Kenmore upright to use on carpet and tile on the second floor, and on carpeted stairs. It is only 14 pounds, about half the weight of the cannister vac. Good suction. Good maneuverability. Be aware that its head is about six inches narrower than the cannister vac. See my photo. There is also no adjustment for height, so it sits higher above hard floors with less suction of fine particles. The “carpet” attachment looks in the photographs like it is motorized, just as the cannister vac attachment. It is NOT. Evidently Kenmore thought it would be sufficient to have weak rotation of the brush from the air being sucked in. It is not sufficient. Thus, the Pet Handimate attachment is mostly useless for gathering up pet hair. Know the positives, but also these limitations, BEFORE you buy. This is a very good, light weight, small upright vac, with limited attachments.

As a kid, I remember my mom had an Eureka vacuum. Heavy, all metal, bag inside, what power. Lasted for ever! Kenmore was one of its competitors. Had a Kenmore at one point, too. I’ll NEVER go back to a bag less vacuum!!! 😵😠😵😠 it’s a mess. It did ok, but hated emptying it – always got a snoot full, dirty hands, dirty filters, and had to wash it.
This Kenmore is powerful, clean, lots of extra tools, hose is far more pliable, and easy to stretch to ceiling – I’m short under 5’2″. Like the light that says when bag is full, no more cutting an entangled roller brush 😄. Very easy to move, and great on stairs, lamp shades, ceiling fans, window sills, and dog hair/dog food. My dog is a short hair German pointer and yes, she sheds a lot. Kenmore does easy, quick pick up of fur. FUR be gone😁😁😁.
Thank you Kenmore for a very good vacuum.

Wonderful in most ways… a truly powerful vacuum that cleans like a tornado! But heavy.
