Works perfectly fine especially for how simple it is, however, the spout itself could use a lot of work. It is not a steady flow so it can and will make little droplets everywhere around your mug when in use. I also found it tends to make watery coffee in general while using capsules – I can see the stream become clear sometimes, but not all of the time. I have not used the ground coffee capsule it comes with yet.
I do appreciate its thin and not too tall design, though. The water tank doesn’t have very much capacity, but is very easy to remove and refill so it’s not much of an issue.

After doing some research, and reading a lot of reviews of K Cup brewers, here’s the conclusion that I’ve come to: They all make coffee, most of them do a pretty good job of it, but all of them fail within 1-3 years. I’ve been through two K Cup brewers. One lasted a little after a year. The other lasted about 3 years. There don’t seem to be any models that have cleaning features, it doesn’t seem to depend on the water used, the frequency of use, or anything. They just fail.
So my plan is to buy the cheapest model I can find, that has controls for chaning the size of the brew, buy the extended warranty and cross my fingers.
I feel like everyone buys these things for convenience, and I understand it. But in the year or so since my last K Cup brewer failed, I’ve been using a regular Mr. Coffee drip brewer. I make about 3-4 cups of coffee, which I can drink over the course of a morning. It’s easy to operate, easy to clean up. My Mr. Coffee drip brewer is over 10 years old. Something to think about.

My Hamilton Beach single cup coffee brewer finally gave up the ghost, so I broke down and bought a Kureg machine.
Looking through what was offered, most seem to be over priced and over complicated.
I took a chance on the Amazon brewer and was pleasantly surprised.
Came in a bare bones package and was easy to set up.
Large reservoir and simple instructions is a bonus.
I’ve tried it with two different pods and the ground coffee basket and it came out perfect every time.
Had an interesting experience trying to use a teabag, but it did work.(I think the microwave probably is my fallback).
Excellent machine and a super price.

This is such a great machine for the price. It has the ability to use ground coffee or coffee pods. It brews quickly and efficiently. The way the machine is designed i won’t have to worry about clogged needles like i did with my keurig. After going through three keurigs this was a welcome change. Only downside is there is no filtration in water tank but i don’t mind it. Also, the water tank is smaller but i just fill it each time i use it. No big deal. My husband bought this as a gift and i was so grateful since i typically only drink two cups each morning. But i love that i can use grounds if i want to. Also switching between ground and capsule is so much easier to do than with the keurig. All you do to brew is press button to select cup size and press button for either capsule or grounds. One more caveat. The way to adjust the height of the cup stand was a little cheap but honestly i just leave it at the low setting even for short cups and it’s not a problem. Summary: great machine for the price, versatility, a few caveats but nothing major and i would definitely recommend it.

I LOVE this coffee maker! It is exactly what I wanted. It works fantastic and I love all the different cup size choices. It operates quietly and very quick! It is extremely easy to use. It takes k-cups, or you can use the pod they provide for your fresh ground. I love this machine so much (especially the size) that I’m ordering another to have for back up in years to come so I have the exact same machine. The coffee tastes SO good from this machine. Best coffee maker I’ve ever had. And the size is compact and perfect for a smaller space. Highly recommend.

I have had this coffee maker of almost 2 months. A few weeks ago I was almost ready to return it. I had a lot of trouble getting it to operate properly, would not fill the cup, no water at all would come out, or it would only blow steam. Very frustrating. I accidentally found that the water container on the back was not seated properly. After filling it, it must be pushed down to make sure the water can flow into the heating chamber. If it is not, you will encounter the issues I had. It has worked flawlessly since I discovered this, both with pods and ground coffee. Once it passes the test of time, I see no reason not to rate it a 5 star.

I have owned keuregs before. They are high priced. I seen this coffee pod and thought why not. I got a great deal on Amazon day so I figured if it wasn’t alright no biggie.
To my surprise it is awesome. It is easy to load and unload the pods. It also comes with a small filter for loose coffee as well. The bottom adjusts for different levels for different size cups. There are options for sizes, pods or regular coffee located on the side.
I love it. Been 3 months and I would not buy another keureg again.

I was at the point of giving up on drinking coffee. I have had other pod coffee makers, but could not stand the taste of the end product. I then bought an expensive coffee maker, used high quality beans, both ground as well as grinding my own, still not liking the taste. This little, dare I say, inexpensive maker has me back in coffee every morning mode. The reservoir tank for water is small, but you get to use fresh water every day. It is very quick to brew and the taste for me is wonderful. Does not take up much counter space, uses K-cups, and the most important part for me…the coffee is not bitter.
I am a mosaic artist and I find this piece absolutely stunning. There will always be imperfections with mosaic art. Thank you again! –
This is a great machine. It’s very easy to use and it’s really reliable.
It can take all K Cups including the compostable K Cups from SFBay.
Big caveat is make sure water reservoir is full before running. If it’s not full, it will delay making your next cup. It’s still fully functional though. Just wait.
Also, make sure reservoir is locked in to avoid leaks.
So far so good. Very happy with it. Highly recommended.
