But after a few weeks, despite using it very carefully, everything started sticking. I can’t even heat up bread because it sticks everywhere! I think I’ll have to throw it in the trash! After using non-stick (teflon type) pans for years, I decided to purchase ceramic pans and see if they would last longer. The GreenPans arrived properly packed and protected. I noticed immediately that each pan had an instruction sticker attached in the center of each pan. Why would someone put a “sticker” in the middle of a pan? I followed the washing instructions and the next morning I put the small pan to use to fry my eggs (that is the main reason I bought it). The eggs immediately stuck to the center of the pan where the sticker was even though I had carefully washed it. After three or four times of use, it still sticks unless I use some type of oil. The other pans do not seem to have a problem but I do not fry eggs in them and I generally use oil for whatever I’m fixing. The weight and heating properties are good for my use.

I really like these pans and the company does a great job laying out best practices to keep the pans in good shape. I purchased a set of Caraway pans 2 years ago, and I would say I prefer these. I have only had these pans a short while so I can’t speak to the durability, but these pans are amazing and truly nonstick. Best scrambled eggs ever.

We are really enjoying these pans, especially knowing that there aren’t any chemicals floating in the air when cooking The handle do not get hot The bottom of each pan is quite slippery and easily slides out the food directly into your plate without any mess. It cleans up beautifully We just wait for the pans to cool down then wash them with some soapy water. When cooking I always start with high heat and when they get warm, I turn the temperature to medium. For simmering I will lower the heat even further down to 2-3. In order for the food not to start sticking to the pan I always use a trivet when the food is half cooked A little bit of coconut or Avocado oil goes a long way These may be a bit pricey but worth every penny. I already own 2 green pan pots and the moment I saw these pans I had to have them. Btw The price have come down slightly after I purchase them I highly recommend these.
