I had to buy this camera because my laptop has its camera located somewhere in the keyboard and whenever I have a zoom conference it only shows my neck 🫣. Anyway, this little camera is wonderful! I just place it on top of my open laptop, then I plug it in and that’s it! I do not have to download Apps or spend time anytime looking for any camera. Also, the image is clear and the colors are vivid. I am very happy!

Support was helpful in identifying that there was a hardware issue with the microphone not working correctly but told me my product was out of warranty and would do me a courtesy by replacing it. I purchased this on December 26, 2023. I can’t imagine how a month and a half puts a product out of warranty period.

I got this for my parents who wanted to make zoom calls but didn’t want a separate microphone/headset. I watched some reviews that said this had good audio quality, and I can confirm that it does. This one has a larger field of view than the cheaper model in this line, which is nice for my parents sitting side by side in front of the camera. It’s easy to setup and I thought it looked fine without tweaking the settings at all. Overall it’s a good value for someone who just wants a single thing to plug in and still get good audio and video quality.

I needed a camera for when my work laptop is closed for teams/zoom meetings. It does a fine job, the picture is decent and setup was easy (only a few trial an error with plugging into my dock vs monitor etc) Fine for my needs, if I was a higher level professional or wasnt just for work meeting when they want to see your face Id likely look for something else but again for the price it servers my needs for now

This unit worked perfectly. The shutter is a nice security feature. Light comes on if mic or video is accessed. Fits on low profile and small border PC monitor screens. Can be a little finicky getting the vertical angle right but stays once it’s there.
