I have followed the manufacturer’s seasoning steps multiple time and the griddle continues to show rust color. I have not been impressed by their support.

I ordered this for my son’s birthday present, when I got there, the box was all beat up and parts were bent. Very unsatisfied when you spend a little bit of money and things are Not in great condition

This griddle is fantastic and gets crazy hot so be mindful when cooking in it. I did 5 seasonings before I started and it’s super nonstick now. The delivery, however, was absolutely terrible. It looked like it had been tumbled down the top of a flight of stairs. There were a couple parks that were bent, and I really didn’t have time to deal with trying to return it as they were more cosmetic issues than anything else super disappointed in whoever sold this and where this came from however, Blackstone makes a wonderful griddle.
