BLACKSTONE 36β Omnivore Griddle With Shelves Description
- Omnivore Griddle Plate: The Blackstone-patented Omnivore griddle plate has built-in wind guards and is designed to prevent warping, recover faster, and use less propane to maintain high heat.
- Cooking for a Crowd: 768 sq. inches of cooking space provides plenty of room for you to cook up to 30 burgers or 21 pancakes on the griddle top. Cook a few different items at different temperatures with four independently controlled heat zones.
- Griddle Every Meal: A griddle top is a versatile cooking surface where you can make a variety of foods for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Cook pancakes, veggies, eggs, and stir fry, or more traditional barbecue foods like burgers, kabobs, etc.
- Rear Grease Management: The Blackstone-patented Rear Grease Management System makes grease cleanup a breeze. Push any food debris and grease to the back of your griddle top to collect in the rear grease cup for easy disposal.
- Meal Prep and Serving Space: Two folding side shelves provide meal prep and serving space right on your griddle, and their ability to fold down makes this griddle more compact for storage when not in use.
- Maneuverable and Easier to Store: Four wheels make it easier to move this griddle to an ideal spot for cooking, and to get it in and out of storage. Use the two locking caster wheels to keep the griddle in place once it is set up where you want it.
- Convenient Features: This griddle has features such as a bottle opener, side shelf tool hooks, and a paper towel holder that make meal prep, cooking, and cleanup easier and limit the number of times you need to leave your griddle while cooking.

Kebin Friel –
I have this griddle. Got it for father’s day and use it alteast 4x a week. If you season it correctly and wipe it down when you are done using it (obviously). It will be a great addition to your outdoor cooking experience.
After cooking
1st scrape any food stuff off while griddle is hot. And turn off griddle then wipe off excess grease with paper towel
2nd squirter with a bit of water n wipe it off while still wet to remove any left food n grease.
3rd let it cool while you eat. Your griddle should be cooling down nicely. Then squirt some cooking oil on griddle surface n spread it on entire surface of griddle including sides. To keep any rust off
Afterwards I put a silicone mat on my griddletop, then lid and cover…
It takes less than 5 min of work each time to keep your griddle in great working order. Also my blackstone does sit out in my yard 100% of the time
My griddle is amazing.
BTW… this is my 1st griddle so I’m not an expert by any means..just make sure to get the 1 with a lid. You obviously don’t want to let moisture penetrative the griddle aurface

As we were assembling installed wheels and turned over the Heat shields under the burner which has four spots which youβre not screwed as a probably should be, but has small hot rivets that are very poorly done fell off. Went on Amazon and had contact third-party then it popped up since Amazon delivered it contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon and they were very unhelpful. They told me to contact third-party. I have disputed with credit card company.

Grill arrived with multiple parts damaged. After going through several rounds of customer service and waiting for weeks and weeks while parts were on back order, I finally got replacement parts in the mail, which were also defective and did not work. Contacted customer service again and waited for over two months to for more parts that were on back order. Eventually I got frustrated and asked for a refund, only to be told that I did not qualify for a refund because I had tried to use the grill and because it was past 30 days since purchase. How could I know that it doesnβt work if I donβt try to use it? And how could I possibly try to return it within 30 days when the replacement parts Blackstone tries to send me are on back order for months? Even if everything did work, everything but the metal griddle itself feels cheap and poorly made (probably why the parts keep arriving damaged). Stay away from this product and just get a Weber.
Also, I want to be clear that my issues are with the Blackstone product and policies, not the individual customer service agents that I spoke with. Everyone was very professional. Bosses need to examine their products and priorities

If you buy this, go ahead and spend the money on a replacement ceramic coated griddle! The griddle Blackstone gives you is a royal nightmare to maintain! They rust terribly if you donβt season it constantly! I followed the instructions from Blackstone on how to season it, and it gets rust all the time!
