I don’t use my printer very often and I was getting black marks when I did use my printer. I have learned that when you use the printer as little as I do its best to take the ink cartridge out and put it in a plastic bag. The ink had loaded up a area on my drum. Replaced the drum, printer now works perfectly. I just take the cartridge out and bag it until I need to print something. Works great now.
