This is literally the 3rd time that I have bought these same lights! My last purchase was in 2021, which was to replace my original lights. Only 3 lights from the 2021 purchase were still functioning when these arrived. I also keep a couple of these in my camper for when we are traveling. They are attractive & put out decent light. To me, the only thing that would make them better would be if they were constructed of metal, rather than plastic. However, the plastic is actually quite durable, especially for the money. I have only had issues with the stake itself, not being strong enough to make its own hole in the ground. Also, over time I have had some of the light posts to get damaged & from the plastic getting brittle. I just keep the spare parts on hand for when something like that happens.

One light out the box stopped working. Now after about a week out in the yard looks like another is already starting to not work. Good price I thought, product not so good. After taking the top off, I replaced the adapter battery and fixed the negative wire, which somehow was stripped not all the way cut (possibly pinched when assembled). The light is now working. Getting products without instructions is kinda hard.

I purchased two boxes of 12 needing 20 lights. Unfortunately 3 from one box and 4 from the second box were either damaged or did not illuminate at night after days of full sun. So I had to buy a third box to complete my landscape. That box has not been put to the test as I only need 7 to finish the project. I am anticipating they will only last one year based on my experience with them so far.

Pros: These look great at night and the quality of the solar power is much better than other brands Iโve used.
Cons: In daylight the plastic on the white parts of the lantern can look a little cheap, but only up close. The big con is that within 2 weeks, 3 of the 12 stopped working. Theyโre so affordable itโs not the end of the world but seems like a waste for them to just end up in the garbage after so little time.
