This set is super stylish and got many compliments on it. It is light weight due to the aluminum frame which is what we wanted so as to not scratch our new deck when moving chairs. It looks awesome, modern, elegant and functional. We ordered glass fireplace rocks instead of the lava ones which came with the firepit and they add a more modern sparkle to the whole set. This was an amazing price on the whole set and we did not notice any damage to any of the materials though one of the boxes was munched. The cushions are more gray looking than taupe which was better for my color scheme. Happy with purchase

First off the furniture would be beautiful and I would have truly loved it but for the horrible experience/ broken table. Half of the pieces arrived and the other half just didn’t… I called customer service 4-5 times and was told they were on the way and would arrive soon… but they never did and I guess no one followed up on the tracking.

The seller was difficult. I was literally told when I called repeatedly that there was not ANY manager I could speak with… Not that they were unavailable, not that they would have to take a message and call me back… Seriously, they just told me flat out “No” I could not speak with anyone who would help me…. Just horrible customer service. Everyone is nice until things start going wrong and then there is no one who will help.

The finally sent what they called a “replacement” fire table for the package that never arrived … This process took over a month before I finally received the fire table.

Pictures are of the table that arrived. The legs are all cracked and look horrible… Not the classy, expensive, elegant piece I had paid for and expected.

These items are too expensive to not be perfect. When you spend almost $1500 on a patio set, this is NOT what you should receive…. I am just very disappointed with this purchase and even more exhausted by the whole process… There is apparently according to “Victoria” (and the multiple other agents I spoke with) NO ONE who will make this right. I am just throwing up my hands, it is what it is, buyers beware.

This product arrived quickly and all the items were packed very well. Assembly was straight forward. ( I had 2 nylon inserts which are used to attach screws which were not prethreaded but other than that, the assembly was straightforward.)

Starting the fire pit was a little more of a challenge. I couldn’t get it to light for a while, so I checked everything. I weighed propane tank, 34lbs meant it was full, I swapped out igniter battery and got spark, and then I started keeping the knob depressed while igniting and that got things started. My bride was very pleased.

After 2 years of owning this set here some observations. Cushions are stiff and not as comfortable as you would like. Material does fade significantly. Look and durability is still very good.
