I give the furniture itself 5 stars. Customer service negative stars. The furniture showed up 6 days early with no warning. I’m not complaining because I’m glad it got here early and I was home so I didn’t miss the delivery. Amazon said the pieces shipped separately and only one piece was tracking and the other had an invalid tracking number. I was on the phone with them daily for 5 days. That’s where I give negative stars. Fortunately they showed up together. You have to put the legs on yourself which is fine. The throw pillows are nice. My set came with 6. I’m only using 4 and I did put different pillow cases on them to match my decor. They are 20×20 throw pillows.

I have had this sofa about 6 weeks and it’s already coming apart. The fabric appears to tear easily. It’s more of a brown than expected given it was called platinum for the color.

The sofa set is just as pictured. Not too stiff but also not a sofa you sink into. It was super easy to screw the legs on. The back pillows are nice, thick and fluffy. Making for a comfortable back rest. I’m happy with my purchase and the price is great for the set.

Don’t buy. Have had it just over a month and a half and the arm of the love seat is loose. Feels like it will fail completely soon. Nobody jumping on it or sitting on the arms. Just poor quality.

The only thing I had to assemble is the foot. Came in early as well!!! I wish all furniture are that easy!!!

As pictured! Comfortable and decent size. Only thing I dislike is the plastic legs. Other than that so far they are good couches for the price. Very happy.

I love this sofa! It is better than I expected. The cushions are hardhat comfortable, which I love. You don’t sink down into the sofa and have to struggle to get out. The material is soft and elegant looking! I am very pleased with this purchase. It is well worth the money!
