Does not have an answering machine attached to it so i am disappointed, but other than that it works very well
Sylvia Mcgarity Plummer –
No help finding out how it works
Portnoy –
When I first got the machine I sent a 1 page fax and it worked okay, so I threw the packaging away. After that every time I send a multi-page fax The pages get stuck & go through together. I use good quality paper & fan it out, but even after multiple attempts I get the same results. Now the new thing is, even when I put the documents in one at a time, some of the pages don’t get acknowledged and I get an error message. I tried calling the help line but they don’t have weekend coverage. Now I’m trying to figure out if I’m better off sending it for repair, or just throwing it in the garbage where it belongs and trying again with another make and model. I really don’t know if this thing is worth any more of my time. Take my advise, stay away from this machine. By the way, this machine doesn’t deserve close to one star, but they don’t have zero stars as an option for the rating.

Could not get it to receive fax, was able to send but not receive, returned and purchase newer brand.
Ute Dienstbach –
I like the new one, because is similar to the old Panasonic fax machine I had for 20 years. Easy to operate.
Loree E Steffen –
This is the second one of these I have had. First one lasted fourteen years. Very happy with product.

It does everything that I expected it to do EXCEPT that I can speak on the phone “hands free” like I did with the other phone/fax machine did with just a press of a button. For me, that an inconvenience.

I like this fax/telephone/copier because it is so easy to install the ink roll, and it copies and faxes very well for a basic machine. I use it in my home office and the neat thing is I do not have to scan into my computer to fax. Plus, since it is hooked into its own phone line, I can receive faxes without prior knowledge of their arrival. This is a convenient way to have your lab and other test results faxed to you for your records from your physician, or anything else. A great way to sign and return paperwork, too!
Copies are clear, you can choose the paper quality, and it takes letter or legal size, no problem. Easy to use, anyone can figure it out, and cost is realistic. I have always used the Panasonic ink refill rolls. This is my second one- exactly same model as the first one I had- DO NOT DROP IT UPSIDE DOWN ON THE FLOOR! I had my first one a few years, and dropped it during rearranging my office, after which the case did not close all the way, and it wouldn’t self-feed paper to fax anymore. But it still worked! So I gave it away and bought another one just like it! Because without human clumsiness, there is not a problem! Very handy!
