It came broken. I contacted the seller to ask for replacement parts. They responded pretty quickly and offered to send me a another one and I got it pretty quick. So that was extremely nice of them. It’s not their fault it came broken. It does work just fine. I don’t like that the canister inside doesn’t come out, but I’ll deal with it. The only bad thing is it’s extremely light weight. I would watch it around little kids who like to climb or pull on things. No way to anchor it to a wall. Adding a 5 gallon jug of water on top could make it easy to tip. Other than that, it works good, and does what it needs to do. I can’t say anything about how the water cooler and heater work because I don’t plug it in because I only use it for my coffee machine because we have terrible water.

It looks decent but the flow is very slow and It doesn’t even cool a full cup of water, and it takes a long time to cool the little bit of water that it does cool.
