I had a minor issue with it, and Jamie from tech support reached out to me, instantly. She resolved the problem with a simple combo of keystrokes. This is a simple and functional device that does exactly what I need it to do. Thank you guys so much!

I was told this product was great. It worked wonderfully for a friend. I ordered one thinking it would help my small business.
I canโt even get the software to download on my Windows. I have reached out to the company. And they have not gotten back to me at all for any help.
I would not recommend to anyone.

This item works. It’s easy to find and install the driver, and I’ve printed a few labels without any issues thus far.
Pros:
– cheap
– works without issue
– comes with labels
Cons:
– uses USB-A
– proprietary power supply
– usb cable is kinda short
I really wish this used usb-c for data–or even micro-usb. I also wish the cable was 6ft long. The cable really isn’t long enough to route it from my computer on the desk to the top of the desk when trying to route it through the back of the desk. It has to dangle off the front which looks terrible.
I may plan on getting a Wi-Fi model. This setup kinda looks like an eyesore, and I don’t like the properitary power supply.

Had a very difficult time getting the printer to work with my Lenovo laptop and Windows 11 system. Was able to get that help through a series of emails with Offnova support. Further had difficulty with getting the labels printed but again support was available through off nova and it was determined I had the wrong driver downloaded.
I cannot say Iโm super happy with the way the labels printed out, but I am happy that they are finally printing, and that technical support didnโt give up on me and help me through the process in a number of emails.

The only downsides I can think of is that it has to be hardwired to the computer and there is no storage for a roll of labels. BUT at this price, this is not an issue at all as this printer is fast, prints dark, is accurate, and just prints and prints!

After reading some reviews I was not sure if I wanted to try it or not. The price was perfect so I thought I would. Iโm soooooo glad I did it was literally 5 steps out the box and I was printing labels. Very easy, compact but Mitty, and works perfect. I highly recommend this as a starter printer if your looking for one for this price itโs perfect

Its been only few months we have been using it
Initial setup was little difficult but once that was done works like a charm

Setting it up on chromebook was a little frustrating but I figured it out.
For anyone struggling: download the chromebook extension from the offnova download website, then ignore the manual and troubleshooting: they’re useless for chromebooks. Instead scroll down on the offnova website to the faq on that page and look for the youtube link about setting up the chromebook extension. Once I found that video it was simple, I don’t understand why they didn’t link it in the manual or troubleshooting pdfs.
I’ve only printed a sample but it’s very high quality and I’m pleased with it. If I have any further issues once I really start using it I’ll come back and update.

We use the USB connection with one of our office PCs, and it works great! Very simple to load paper. I was slightly confused at one point installing the driver, not realizing the printer had to be turned on. It’s so convenient I wish we got one sooner for our packages!

The device holds a lot of promise, and fails to deliver on most of them.
The printer does recognize label perforations, but that’s about it. It does not differentiate to the driver any distinction between label sizes, so you’re going to have to work out in mm the size of the page and the offsets.
As for the drivers themselves, I tried using this with a Mac and Chromebook.
With the Chromebook, the printer would only sometimes respond to a new page command, other times it would not react at all. While there’s an option to get logs, the logs were 4 bytes long and effectively useless. Complicating matters is that since the printer doesn’t clearly communicate it’s sizes, getting Google Docs to recognize it is also a challenge. (Not that it matters, since the printer fails to print.)
On the mac, after several installation attempts, i was able to sort of get it to print something, but it only worked once and then I was back to being unable to print. I’ll also note that the printer loves to spit out empty labels.
Also, the manual is a bit odd. The thermal element is on the top part of the printer, so the label medium needs to be facing up. I’m sure if I spent a few days fiddling with things I could probably get this to do a passable job, but I’m horrified by what sort of instruction tome I’d need to offer family members who want to use it.

I used this product on my mackbook just now to print the label directly from the pdf file. It prints the PDF with any content does not matter if it is label or anything else. I’ve also printed the images in black and white for the stickers. The best part is the higher DPI that gives a nicer print compared to my previous thermal printer.
The other feature I liked more was the automatic paper size detection to not worry about the different sizes for either UPS or Canada Post or Fedex.
Many times we have issues with finding drivers but it was quite easy to follow the guide, download the driver and have it installed.
All in all a nicely thought out package of drivers, device and high quality output labels.

Once you set it up, this printer is very quick and easy to use. I had some issues with mine, but the customer service team is excellent and did everything to help me out. They followed up as well to make sure I was still ok.
However, my MacBook doesn’t allow me to adjust the print density, like other computers do. Just a heads up. The default is dark enough, but when trouble shooting, I wasn’t able to fiddle with it.
