Used AC three times and would not light up or come on again. Called LG for service. Tech Rubin Thomas came out, said non repairable. LG said for him to order a compressor. Scheduled to come out on 6/12 and then again on 7|2. Same Tech was scheduled to come did not show up or call to repair. It has been 30 days and AC has not been repaired or replaced. My mother is 88 years old and has COPD and has no air conditioner. Avoid the headache and but from a reputable company.

This AC unit arrived with visible damage and we installed it regardless of the damage. When I turned it on it made really loud noises like the fan inside was rubbing on something. It’s not usable. Called LG, they were no help. They said they are not responsible for shipping damage, and told me I should call a technician. Total waste of time.
