I love this thing it’s perfect for 600 square-foot apartment. It can clean my whole place in 2 1/2 hours, I usually keep it running when I’m out of the house. I have a dog and It can pick up all of her fur perfectly. I literally feel like I come home to a super clean, dust free house. Even though I have long hair, I only need to operate a maintenance on the rollers underneath every 2 to 3 months.
While I give it a 5 star, it does come with some downfalls. It gets stuck on my rug and it goes over my gold U legs on my accent chairs, causing mini scratches on them however, considering I got this for half of the price during a deal sale I honestly have no complaints.
I just really wanted to try out a robot vacuum concept, and this product really allowed me to do that. While it comes with a bare basic software and just a remote, it definitely impressed me. I almost kind of love that it’s basic because I feel much safer. I’ve heard some things about the newer models with the cameras of people hacking those robots and being able to find a map of your house and track your movement.
I’ve had this since February, and I can honestly stay with the proper maintenance and attention to the product, you will have a very nice experience
It’s been eight months and I still haven’t changed the side brushes yet. Everything is running completely perfectly and the only thing I’ve changed is the filter.

I bought the eufy 11s in February 2020. Here are my thoughts after about 9 months of use.
The reasons I picked this model over others were: cost, size(slim), and noise levels. Another reason was that it’s operated with an old-fashioned remote and there’s no hassle of setting up the app/wifi etc. The remote allows for different modes and scheduling so I’m not really missing out on much. It is very low so sneaks in under beds and low furniture in areas that used to be cleaned only occasionally earlier. Noise levels are very low so it could keep working around me when I’m working from home without too much disturbance.
Like any robo vacuum, it is low powered (compared to a full size powered vacuum) but it is thorough and keeps bumping around for more than an hour and then goes back to the base for recharging. I can see that my house is visibly cleaner since this little guy started working. It also made me aware of messy cables and other things lying around (by getting stuck), and so I had to do some cable management and to make sure that I keep the floor free of random things – I will mark this as a positive. I had to remove an accent carpet from the floor as the loose threads at the end (the fringe) would get stuck in the sweeping wheels – this will happen with all robot vaccums so be aware if your home is full of such things.
After sales service/warranty: My robovac stopped charging after about 9 months of use – likely the battery died. I was not hoping for any kind of service network but after a few emails, I was able to get hold of their service center in India (Chennai). They sent me a prepaid courier label to ship the vacuum to them. It took about a couple of weeks but I got my repaired vacuum back. Since the vacuum was still under warranty period, I did not have to pay anything.
Getting spare accessories and battery is a hit or miss. sometimes there are available on amazon and sometimes not. So irobot or Mi may be better in the long run. Other than that, this is a good robot vacuum.
Update June 2022: the front bumper on the robovac was all scratched up and it was breaking apart. I contacted the Eufy/Anker customer support to get a new bumper and they sent it to me for a reasonable cost. The vacuum is good as new (well almost) now.

It’s the best thing that I’ve bought in a long time. It cleans the floor so well that I don’t need to do mopping! It’s slim and goes under my sofa and tv unit easily. Remote is user friendly. Battery life is excellent – more than 2 hours it’s worked on full charge and still not discharged. Extremely happy with it.

For background, The main reason I started looking into an automatic vacuum was for pet hair and litter! I have 3 cats and it’s a constant battle to keep the floors clean and the house fresh. In order to keep the floors looking okay, I needed to sweep at least twice per day, but since I hate sweeping I rarely even did it once a day. I started to look into vacuums and this one rated highly on vacuum wars (a YouTube channel I highly recommend if you’re doing any kind of vacuum shopping!) and was also in my price range.
I feel like for the price, I couldn’t ask for any better. I work from home, so I don’t need any fancy app or anything like that. I also didn’t care for Just something fairly quiet and effective that I can run 1-3x per day and will keep the floors clean without actually having to do anything but pick up and press a button lol. I usually run it once in the morning, once before bed, and sometimes once in the afternoon but really only if I feel like it. It does a really good job at picking up litter, cat hair, and crumbs. The house looks, smells, and feels much cleaner! I think it was well worth the price, and replacement parts are affordable if needed down the line.
Pros:
-Fair Price point
– quiet enough that I can run it while my daughter is sleeping, or while I’m working and it’s not distracting
– cats don’t mind it, they were suspicious at first but accepted it as part of the family within an hour
– good at picking up litter, cat hair, and is able to get in and around most places in my home
– It’s easy to empty, I usually do it every day or 2, even though it’s not completely full
Cons:
– Like most of these automatic vacuums, you probably need to do a deep clean once a week or every 2 weeks, using a regular vacuum/ mop. If you didn’t it would still be way cleaner than doing nothing at all. For my hard floor, really the mopping is what needs to be done periodically.
-It does get stuck sometimes. Particularly under this one low drawer. Since I only run it when I’m home I just have to go get it if I hear it beeping, not a big deal for my situation.
– The cleaning is randomized so sometimes it misses certain spots or gets one room more thoroughly than another room. You have to be mindful of picking things up and shutting doors where you don’t want it to go
– sometimes it disconnects from the charger, I’m not sure if my cats knock it out of place or what, but it can be a bummer if I was planning on running it and it needs to be charged (which takes an hour or 2)
– Sometimes it can find it’s way back to the charger, sometimes it dies before it can figure it out. Again, not a huge deal since I’m around, but something to take into account if you plan to run it while you’re out.
Bottom line it’s overall not as “smart” as the more expensive models, but I feel that’s a given. It works perfectly for my situation, and I would buy it again and recommend it for most work at home households

Update: We don’t have a clear 6 foot run to the charging dock in the tucked away spot we want to park euphy, so we help it find the dock using the remote to drive it past the dining table legs toward the docking station. Once it is close, about 3 feet away, it senses the docking station and goes the rest of the way on its own.
Got the euphy 11S in white delivered in one day. (To my neighbor, but happily we are friends). This little robovac is impressive. Easy to set up. The manual helped us on the first run to troubleshoot that the bumper was stuck (got loosened from us unpackaging it) and once we tapped it back in tight it ran beautifully. We charged it overnight and got 2 working hours of cleaning before it docked itself again to charge. Smart lil guy. I like having the hand held remote rather than using a phone app. Can drive it using the remote, too, which I like, or just let it toddle around on auto in a random pattern. I do wish it had 2 brushes as shown in the company’s video. Seems they redesigned it to have only one brush. Don’t see the logic in that. The side with the brush cleaned out corners and edges so well, while the non-brush side left crumbs behind. Rethink that choice designers! Lost a star for that. Other than that, this little machine picked up a LOT of hair and dust, and very fine dust, at that! I’m impressed. Easy to empty and clean. Quiet enough it does not distract from conversation or tv shows. You must have a spot for the docking device that allows for 6 feet of unblocked space in front and 3 ft on each side. It’s needs a straight 6 foot travel line to find and align with the docking device. We have only had it a day and a half and used it once. So far very happy with euphy. Good price. Good work. Recommend this robovac for sure.

Background: I have a shedding dog, so I bought this in hopes that by running it every-day, it would pick up on some of the dog hair on the floor.
What I like:
-VERY easy to use.
-easy to follow instructions
-has a sticker on the bottom so if it ever stops and beeps, you can flip it over and it says exactly what the beeps mean (one beep means one thing, two beeps means another–which is SUPER helpful!).
-color on top clearly shows what mode it is in (blue-ready to go, orange-needs to charge, red-problem to fix-such as emptying the tray).
-very quiet. I can work on stuff with it in the room and it does not bother me at all (my dog also does not mind it).
-works great on white carpet and easily transitions from my living room to dining room (which has a slight bump).
-when its low on battery, it does not die where it is at, it just turns off the vacuum then finds the home doc and charges itself.
-just works really well. I run it everyday and I am impressed by how much stuff it gets (especially when it goes under things such as the couch).
-if it gets caught on a cord, it usually takes 5-10 seconds but then it stops the suctioning and moves away (releasing the cord or other item). However if you have a small cord you should put it up (and you should regardless, I just noticed it doing this a few times and thought it was neat, but I do try to pick up all cords).
What could be improved:
-nothing really in particular to this.
-It does not work well on anything black, but this is true for all robot vacuums. It sometimes gets stuck when it goes on the black carpet we have with the black chairs (I suspect because it can not detect them), but this has not happened often. My dog has a black mat for her food and water and it always bumps into it and spills the water, but again, this would occur with any robot vacuum.
-Also, make sure the doc is against a wall because otherwise it will move and never charge (self explanatory, but I did not do the first time and it kept trying to doc and was just pushing the doc around the floor).
-Finally, you do have to dump out the vacuum particles almost every time you run it (if you do a full circle/battery cycle). It is really easy to dump and beeps when it needs to be emptied. Again, nothing really negative, just something to note.
Overall, I really like this! It does a nice job cleaning up the dog hair and other things that get on my floor and saves me a lot of time not vacuuming daily. If you have a dog, I would watch them with this first before you use it. My dog was initially scared of it but sniffed it’s “butt” and now they are cool and she does not mind it at all. Pleased with this product and would recommend! 🙂
**UPDATE**
On another note, Eufy has amazing customer service! I received an email from them addressing each of my “what could be improved” components with more information on the product. Very impressed.
